Hands down the best breakfast buffet I have experienced in any hotel I've stayed at. Huge variety of fruits, yogurts, cooked items and pastries. Something for everyone. Barista made coffee to top it off. You can't go wrong. Worth staying a night just for the breakfast alone!

What a magnificent high tea experience at Yarra Valley lodge! We could not fault a thing! As you drive in through the incredibly beautiful heritage golf course you pass kangaroos grazing peacefully and rolling hills as far as the eye can see!
A lovely glass of sparkling on arrival and comfortable seating in a very spacious and well designed dining area (no noisy groups of people all squished in together here!). Lots of light flooding in with windows galore, very friendly & attentive staff. The food was delicious with so much choice and beautifully presented. The sweets buffet even complete with a chocolate fondue fountain and then your choice of Yarra Valley teas or coffee as well!!! Very well priced for such a wonderful experience! Thank-you so much. I would highly recommend this high tea over all the fancy schmancy places in the city!
The staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the dishes and wines and the food very flavoursome. We had a great dinner . We stayed in the hotel and the breakfast was a lovely surprise with a large choice of fruits and home made pastries . Coffee were very good . All done in a timely manner . Very impressed !!
We had a great dinner with friendly service. The food tasted great and entree and mains were sufficient but couldn't resist dessert. Will be going back again as we throughly enjoyed the evening.
Unlike Chloe eight of us had the most wonderful dining experience last night. The food was superb and our waitress Claire couldn't do enough for us. Guess you can't please all the people all the time.
Charming 1st class service. My fiancé and I had an amazing experience here on Friday (04/04/14). Superb service, faultless 3-course dinner spread over beef tataki, scallop ceviche, snapper fillet, veal ribeye, heirloom tomato & basil salad and decadent yet light broken ice cream sandwich to share.
We were wowed by the top quality food and surprised by their more-than-reasonable pricing. We had lovely chats with the staff but at the dame time were also treated with fine dining service.
We are so happy to have had this beautiful experience and now have another restaurant added to our list of must-return-dining-experiences.

Excellent Food.... I took my partner to Bella on a Saturday night and the food and service was very good.
The Yarra Valley tasting board for entree was excellent...little pieces of cheeses, relish, gherkins, cured ham etc was tasty and filling.
The tenderloin steak was divine...tasty and soft.
The service was fast and friendly and I would definitely visit there again.
The top of the top when it comes to breakfast!. You wouldn't think that it was possible to really lift the bar on the humble breakfast buffet... well at Bella they have and they haven't just lifted it, they have set my new standard in breakfast buffet. Never again will I be satisfied with the average or even above average breakfast buffet, not now that I have tried Bella's! My only quandary is that I live in Brisbane and Bella is all the way down in the Yarra.... The absolute range of foods, the presentation, quality, freshness and overall care taken to providing such a wonderful breakfast buffet is something the I guess I'll have to dream about until next time I'm in the Yarra. Btw, the dinner menu is also very good! Check it out.
Best buffet breakfast ever! Huge selection of pastries, breads, spreads (honey dripping from the honey comb!!!), hot foods, stewed fruits, fruits, bircher muesli, cereals, yoghurt, compotes.. Yummo!
I believe same kitchen makes food for the Bar, Restaurant and Room Service. Tastiest food we had in Yarra Valley! Nice presentation as well. Flavor is 10/10! Properly seasoned!
Our dinner was delicious (eye fillet, eggplant entree, veg main-Moroccan pancake, broccolini & smoked choc tart). Kids choc cake w ice cream was great. Kids meals (F&C and ham & cheese pizza) were pretty average. Our kids eat pretty much everything (& pizza is their all time favourite) but neither if them would eat it. They had 1 bite each (When they would normally have multiple slices) It even smelt like pizza shouldn't. The chips tasted like the oil they were cooked in was oxidized.
Lovely staff. I have been served with a free glass of champagne on my birthday family dinner. Food was great too, the portions were a bit small tho. We will definitely go back.
