Came here with a friend not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The entre bruschetta was prefect. Mains of gnocchi and risotto. Risotto could not have been better and the gnocchi was the best I've had that isn't made 'in house'. The wine list is brief and to the point listing varieties but not brands of where they are from. Dessert was good though my cheesecake was a little dry. Will definitely be returning again soon.
Best traditional Italian food in the south, friendly family atmosphere and value for money. Lots of options available but I recommend trying the pastas
just picked up take away, penne al pollo ,garlic bread and tiramisu ,best pasta I have had for a long time, fresh and tasty, the tiramisu was made in the traditional way and very nice, easy to park , chairs a little hard but next time would book and eat in ,the food here is very good and well priced. the lunch special for $13.90 for pasta and a drink. looks very interesting
Great food, generous servings and friendly staff. The chef made a point of popping out to say hello to the patrons, check that the food was being enjoyed and generally express an interest in thoughts. The atmosphere might be a little crowded at times but would absolutely recommend as a place to come for great Italian flavours!

The pasta dishes were sensational… full of flavour, big serves (and they’re happy for you to take the leftovers home) and the pizza, made with eggplant, rocket and cheese… was delicious!!
Coffee was also 5 star, deserts (yes, we squeezed in a sweet treat) were fresh and authentic … the overall experience was very memorable. We’ll definitely be back ❤️
My favorite restaurant. Been there a few times and it never lets me down. Pasta is amazing. Great service too. I actually really love watching the tv there showing Roma street people. Great contemporary Italian music playing too.
Mama mia, a city quality Italian restaurant at Christies Beach and a nice alfresco area too even with red and white checkered tablecloths. Have to laugh at the bad reviews honestly a joke, our waitress was great she went through the menu and explained the dishes very well. Gnocchi was great the sauce was garlic bread worthy and yum on the garlic bread, pasta looked nice and heaps of it and the arancini balls winning. Looks like this place produces quality and quantity, I'll be back again and going to try something different proper wood oven pizza with no pineapple proper.
We had a fantastic lunch there. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. We ordered ravioli and a pizza and both outstanding. Will be back.

Above and beyond this was the absolute professionalism of Ash, the owner, when handling a very rude and demanding American who thought she had the right to order extras, and not pay. We watched her performance over a $4 charge, and were in awe of the way Ash maintained his composure. Congratulations on all counts, and thank you to all of your staff. Five stars.
Our first visit to a surprising traditional Italian restaurant in Christies Beach. The staff were very friendly and showed great knowledge with their wine menu. Food was awesome, gorgeous flavour in their minestrone soup, with a bowl size which I was unable to finish. Will definitely recommend to friends and return soon.
We had the banquet and it was perfect. It was a seafood salad, and two types of pasta. The portions were huge for $35 dollars with dessert. The service was the highlight of our night!! ❤️ Thank you to Skye who put up with our 100 questions and was so knowledgble about the menu and wines. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will be back without a doubt!
