This is a quality fish and chip place. So happy since these people took over. Friendly, great service, and an interesting menu with healthy options like fresh salads. The spicy fish curry with mackerel is a favourite.
Wow, tastiest and most delicious order of fish & chips that Ive tasted in a long time. Great service and reasonably priced with a generous serving size. Happy to see the place is under new owners!
I never went to this place when the old owners had it, but it has now changed hands and is being run by one of the nicest guys in Melbourne.

Absolutely nailed the fish, chips thick cut and fluffy, calamari juicy and crumbed to perfection.
I will be a repeat customer, looking forward to trying the sweet potato fries and the salads looked great too!
Grabbed fish and chips to go on new years eve. Our only complaint is they didn't put chicken salt on when asked to make sure it comes with it. Everything else was lovely.

11/10. Have consistently had (7 or 8) yummy takeaways over the past 2 years from What's Fishin, now Fish and Chippery for our family of 4. Crispy calamari, potato cakes and chips, juicy scallops, lovely grilled fish and exceptional value. Professional helpful and friendly family (?) owners. We'll definitely be back and recommend to all. Oh they take EFTPOS too, just not credit. Thanks for another yummy experience after a long drive!
Awesome service, lovely people. Have tasted better chips but the burgers are great!!
Best Burger for small coin. The Burger with the lot for 6.60 is massive and tasty! Don't order more than a minimum chips along, it's enough for two to share. Staff is friendly and kitchen is clean. You can even order by phone to minimize the wait for your cravings on a sunday morning (sometimes a long wait until they open midday!).
