A lovely spot for breakfast or coffee and a sweet treat whilst shopping in The Strand shopping centre. I had a toasted sandwich and a cappuccino which tasty, fresh and very reasonably priced. The service was quick and efficient. My order was delivered to my table quite quickly. Plenty of seating. Nice tables with a window view of the beach.

Had a high tea today with my mum. Paid the price advertised. Which also came with a pack of 12 macaroons. All the food was delicious, coffee was delicious, service wasn't great. Not one person asked how we were going or anything. At the end of it the assistant told me there was actually no macaroons left. This was quite disappointed heartening to both my mother and I who chose this outlet for the high tea specifically because of the macaroons. Probably wouldn't be back in a rush.

Coffee I got this morning was nice and hot but not the best... A little smile could go a long way guys :) friendliness and approachability are key in hospitality, it's all about a good experience even if you're only dealing with that customer for 2 minutes.
