A lovely, clean shop with wonderful service. The lady serving (Sophia?) was pleasant to all customers, even not friendly ones and patient and helpful. Ice cream as always was amazing.

Load nightclub music totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Shop looks like it isn't being cleaned/maintained. $5.90 for one scoop!! WT! Time to step in owners and clean up your act. I came into the store on Sunday and was met with a great young man called Levi. He had amazing customer service and was very polite even though the store was insanely busy.

Nice vegan ice cream, but giving a one star as they do not take cash or did they have a till to hold cash 😡 Cash is still legal tender and should always be excepted I will not support this store or chain again.
