The gentleman that was working on Anzac Day and finished his shift at 5 went over and beyond to help us pick out the perfect cake for my nieces 21st birthday and may I add that this was a last minute decision that we had made. Then we find out that he put a beautiful happy 21st birthday message in the box. Which was a wonderful surprise. He really made her night. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. The ice cream was delicious

A lovely, clean shop with wonderful service. The lady serving (Sophia?) was pleasant to all customers, even not friendly ones and patient and helpful. Ice cream as always was amazing.

Went & got my usual order this afternoon 08.12.20 and a lovely young kid (blonde hair) served me with the name tag ‘Cooper’ he was working by himself with a large group of people behind me to serve. He was so polite/fast/perfect scoops. His customer service was above & beyond while still being prompt so he could serve everyone as quick as possible. Your a little ripper Cooper keep up the good work.
