Great food. Friendly service( I find Asians are more polite and attentive) Coffee was excellent. We ( my 83 yr old mum) shared a wagyu burger( I ate 99% of it) and chips( Mum ate 80% of them😂) lovely 😊 she had a pot of tea( dodgy lid) but nothing to complain about😀

Stopped into Beaches Cafe after a walk along the coast. We sat outside under the shade which was nice and relaxing. I had the avocado and feta on toast, which was fresh and tasty. Also, had an iced mocha, which was a bit of a miss as the coffee tasted a bit bitter. Food/drink also reasonably priced and large portion sizes.
Broke the rules and went here two weeks in a row! Well it was really for the beach but the breaky is good too. Coffee and juice are both great. I had the eggs and beans while he had the poached eggs (the first week) and I had the the Bircher muesli while he had eggs with bacon (the second week). Loved the beans and eggs. The rest was as good as anywhere else (not better though). Good, quick service. Reasonable prices. Fabulous location!
Relaxed vibe. Awesome menu, lots of gluten free, dairy free and vegan options. Organised and quick service. Dogs allowed. Great for people watching. What isn't to like about this cafe.
Met in a group of five for brunch. Good menu with options to please everyone. Between us we had the brioche French toast, the big breakfast, the green Beaches breakfast and the avocado smash (not buying a house today). Everyone was pretty satisfied - servings were generous and gluten free toast was available instead of ciabatta. I found my avo smash slightly underseasoned, but that was easy enough to fix. The avocado was a bit too cold though, which made the toast and poached eggs all cool down quite quickly and made the dish a little less enjoyable. Counter service staff were friendly and efficient, and the food and drinks arrived quickly.
Beaches has a wider range of food than most of the other places in Cottesloe, especially if you're looking for food that isn't fried.
I had the Thai beef salad, which was fine for a cafe that wasn't a specific Thai restaurant.
Pricing is pretty standard for Perth prices, i.e. the salad and an iced latte was about $26.
Fast food cafe on the beech between Cottesloe and North Cott. Fast, friendly and food is quite reasonable.

A bit of a land mark is beaches. Wanna be surfers (why are you at Cottesloe boys) and family's flock here for good and cheap hearty food.
Sensational bacon and egg rolls, so much bacon. Really quick service but at $33 for two coffees and two burgers it would want to be good. My husband is rating this as the "best burger ever" high praise for a bit of bread, a chook egg and some pig. But worth it.
Came here after seeing the sculptures with a friend! She had french toast i had eggs benedict! She enjoyed the french toast plenty of maple syrup! Eggs bene was good! Would have like the spinach cooked instead of raw! But the sauce was good! Unfortunately the coffee let me down! Too bitter! Not enjoyable at all!

First visit to this cotto cafe. Great for casual dining and dog friendly outside. Decent selections for brekkie and lunch on the menu as well a range of takeaway choices. Service is quick, staff are friendly and smile at you. The food was delicious! (I had the Atlantic Salmon Stack). Really good English Breakfast Tea with real tea leaves in the pot, not teabags. Combined with a stunning view of Cottesloe Beach, what more can you ask for? Will come again.
Lovely corner roadside spot to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine with plenty of outdoor tables. Staff are welcoming and the kitchen is fast and friendly.

This is my family’s favourite place to have brunch! My parents go so often they are on first name basis with the staff ♥️ the food is fresh, portions very generous, good coffee with really lovely staff! Also very dog friendly🐶🐶

Sensational location across the road from, but overlooking Cottesloe beach. Attractive breakfast menu priced between $12-19. Pancakes were great even if a little over done with syrup. Granola too suited a sweet tooth.
Coffee was decent and staff were friendly. Order at the counter. Outdoor seating is shaded.
Perfect place to enjoy a nice meal with the ocean as a back drop. Dog friendly, cyclists frequently attend, friendly staff. Good mix from fry ups to healthy meals. Might have to wait for a table over weekends, worth it. Also, open early.
