I personally have travelled all around Melbourne in search of great pizzas with my partner and when I found out that there was a local pizza shop opening ran by actual Italians who have been in the business for longer than I’ve been alive, I wanted to taste the Italian/Aussie fusion that had been hyped my the owner at their new shop!
First of all the interior is amazing and well thought out, you don’t feel anxious walking in to somewhere new and strange, you feel welcome right away! The atmosphere of the shop front including the friendly staff has you wanting more, and as you go back each time the pizza seems to just get stronger and better as they settle into their new digs.
Not to mention you can actually see you’re fresh dough be rolled out right in front of you and prepared with fresh ingredients, which I found out are all freshly cooked and prepared the day of. Homemade dough, lasagna, tiramisu and more! And most importantly miss Italian mumma put the back freshly making everything from scratch, best carbonara ever!
Who knew this is even a takeaway place! It’s definitely more than that, it is a place of enjoyment, somewhere you go and feel welcomed and encouraged to enjoy your food.
Once you come here, you will not go elsewhere, I’ve personally tasted pizza near by and other takeaway chains....considering Don Vitorio’s has incredible prices, but also better quality in food and atmosphere.

Have been hanging to finally get down there and try one of Doms pizzas and it was worth the wait!
The shop looks amazing, heaps of space to sit with a group of people and dine in with an awesome atmosphere!
As for the pizza- YUM! Best pizza ever! The pizza base I can’t even compare to any other pizza I’ve had. (Even my kids who are fussy eaters devoured their pizza!)
Then onto dessert � the kids loved some gelato and the sweets cabinet is too hard to choose from! Everything I tried was delicious �.
Can’t wait to come back soon! Thankyou guys!
Amazing pizzas Italian owned
The pizza was so good! Easily the best in Cranbourne. Garlic Bread was undercooked but maybe I just got it on a busy night
Best pizzas I have found in Cranbourne thus far. Ingredients are tasty and the bases are really good. This is now my local go to for pizza - haven’t found anything that comes close to beating this one yet!
Really nice pizza with a super fresh base, really enjoyed it. The owner is definitely a proud Italian just take a look at the inside of the store its great. Also cool is the New York style gas ovens he has cooking the food. Owner and staff very friendly and they also do inside dining which is a good place for winter.
Can’t go wrong with Dons pizza. I’m really fussy when it comes to pizza, I had the “McDaddy” which is a Big Mac inspired pizza, and it’s hands down the best pizza I’ve ever tried. I’m obsessed with the flavor.
All the staff are amazing, the environment and aesthetics are beautiful! Would 100% recommend!
Nice family restaurant, Pizza was amazing. Love the traditional and inferno pizzas. Been a regular for a quite some time now.
Wow wow wow pizza's were delicious.
Staff was so friendly, we will definitely be back can't wait to try your Nacho and Mac Daddy pizza's.. 10 out it 10 for everything.. Finally found a fantastic pizza shop.
