Visited tonight for dinner last minute, the place was pumping but they were more than happy to find us a table with a smile! Had a few different types of dumplings and the salt & pepper squid, all were outstanding and fresh. The prices are crazy cheap compared to most places in Sydney these days, seriously good value. We’ve definitely found our new local dumpling spot!
Stopped in for dinner after movie down the street. What a pleasant surprise this place is! Absolutely delicious authentic dumplings and dishes with the freshest of ingredients. Great friendly service with nice ambience too. Will definitely be back!
Tonight we dined at Fangs , we have been a few times but never written a review .Tonight we felt it was a good opportunity after another amazing meal . We booked a table late afternoon the same day and requested the inside window seat , we were the people that the previous reviewer mentioned ,except we had booked our favourite spot in advance -my husband is Asian Australian . Booking a table before you come is the way to go with this restaurant as its incredibly busy and can be difficult to get a table , apart from this the food is beautifully freshly cooked to order the staff work flat out crafting their amazing dumplings . So many flavourful dishes - my favourite are the salt and Pepper prawns ! All the staff have always given us fantastic customer service ! We can't wait to go back
The server was a little bit slow after order but tasted good. Will try noodle next time.
This place is one of our favourite local restaurants. We love not only dumplings but also other dishes such as Poached Fish Fillets in Hot Chilli Sauce. This is actually spicy but not just a spicy. It is also very tasty.
Food is really great and fresh, will be back, waiter was friendly and attentive.
Having spent 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon searching for the best Yum Cha in N Sydney / N Beaches I found this place. 5 plates of dumplings and a fried rice later we are very happy (soon to return customers). Particular kudos goes to the Xiao long boa which I really liked. No issues parking nearby and service was friendly :)
Our first visit here was not that memorable (they were still relatively new), but this time the food was amazing (it's much cleaner and more comfortable than before too). We'll be back more often.
