Great service and delicious food with a spectacular view of the ocean. Will definitely recommend to others.
I love the food & staff are great 👌🏻 Can get busy but that just goes to show that it's a great place, I'd recommend to anyone 👏🏻
Friendliest staff, baby friendly, generous serving, food came fast, food was so good and freshly cooked. Definitely will be going back!
I was concerned about all the negative reviews I read about this place, having not visited for a few years, but the food is just as remembered! Big generous servings, big selection of drinks, and just generally tasty celebration food.
I tried the curly fries, chicken tenders (these are massive!), loaded potato skins and garlic bread. All good - no complaints here. I also enjoy the new decor, it's definitely classier while still maintaining some character. The service was also friendly and attentive, as I remembered it always was. Don't let the bitter reviews scare you away. If you were a fan of the old Hog's Breath, I see no reason why you wouldn't enjoy the new/updated Hog's steakhouse.
Me and my Bf went here not to long ago because we saw a deal for 3 course for $30. I thought that was an absolute steal. The food was pretty good and the portions were well enough, by the time dessert came around we were both so full but obviously had to carry on. The waiter who served us was so joyful and lovely to us.
Would highly recommend.
Great location. Outstanding views of North Cronulla Beach. Service was friendly and efficient. New menu is large with lots of options. Tried the new premium steak range they have and it was exceptional! I ordered the 100 day aged 500g T-Bone and my friend ordered the 400g Ribeye on the bone and we were blown away by the quality (There is also a Black Angus rump and 100 day aged sirloin on new list). Up there as one of the best steaks we have ever had!! Burgers also looked good with 3 choices of bun available and lots of choices. Cocktail and drinks list is reasonably priced with some good variety. Will definitely be back for another one if those steaks!
The service was absolutely fantastic. The waitstaff were friendly and were quite helpful. The food was quite delicious and although a little bit on the expensive side, was well worth it. Highly recommended for family and friend get-togethers. Similarly, there were a variety of options on the menu. It must also be noted that the environment was quite pleasant and spacious.

This place has been by the beach for as long as I remember and the last time I visited I was still in my teens. It hasn't changed much & is still buzzy & busy as always. The menu has expanded & offers a huge selection of food including some healthy or smaller options. Food was delicious & very generous portions. I loved the saucy ribs & steak cooked perfectly. The Caesar salad was also delicious as was the sweet potato wedges and hogs tail fries which are so cute. Service is friendly & efficient. A nice place for a very fulfilling feed, lots of drink options, to bring the kids or for lunch with a beautiful view.
Hopped in for lunch from Cronulla beach. The place was relatively empty for a Saturday afternoon. Ordered a few drinks, panko coated prawns (exceptional) for entree, a couple of chicken dishes (average) and their signature steak (with Byron bay chilli sauce) (enjoyable). Rounded off with sticky date pudding (average). Overall, was a relaxing experience.
• Convenient location
• Service is good and friendly
• Menu with lots to choose from
• Yummy food and thirsty quenching drinks
• A variety of desserts
• Bit on the expensive side
I've learnt a very important lesson when going to Hogs Breath... Pay extra for one of the slow cooked steaks! Last time we dined here the steak was dry and just not really edible. This time however, it was very moist and didn't even need any of that delightful sauce! Anything chargrilled really gets my juices flowing! The calamari was just bland, i didn't really enjoy it at all. However, the curly fries are really oily and naughty to go along with such a large serving of salad. Make sure you bring your fat pants and definitely try not to plan any other activities afterwards.
We were silly enough to want to walk Cronulla beach, we didn't get far....
We turned up on a cold July night in the middle of dinner seating times with no booking and we were warmly welcomed shown a table and our waitress was sweet, attentive and friendly.
The little cheese sticks were a great starter and both my steak and my friends were prepared just how we liked them. My steak with garlic prawns was great and the serving's were large enough that we didnt feel that paying $35 a steak was too expensive.
We didn't have dessert there, the ice cream sundaes not our choice on a cold night, will return happily
