Review Thai Palm - Crows Nest

Nice meals ,tried many times with different dishes, will definitely visit again! Love the Crispy Roti must be order each time when we go with friends !!!

Very nice food. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ambience is very chill and mellow and the background music is very nice. The seats are so comfortable to sit on. Probably the most comfortable seats I've sat on in a restaurant. The service is very accommodating and really nice and friendly. The food here is fresh and tasty and flavourful and they are accommodating to altering for dietary needs. Serving sizes are quite generous for the decent prices and fresh food ! The drinks are nice too. I can't fault this place for anything. My experience here was pretty much perfect, you should give this place a visit! I will be back soon !

Fast. Great food. Great price. Awesome. Just stopped for a brief lunch before going to a martial arts conference. Ordered the lunch special $10 a plate, and lemon lime bitters $4. I got seafood green curry, with such an excellently blended set of flavours, and a great mix of seafood. My mate got a pad Thai and loved it too. Good food!

Not a bad place to have your lunch. The ambiance is good and the service is excellent. The price is not too hard on your wallet too. My favourite is massaman beef

Tried the BBQ chicken with rice. Pretty nice. Halal as well! Would liked to have seen more meat on that plate though.

Great lunch, quick, reasonably priced and above all delicious! We ordered some extra roti to mop up the curry from the massaman but everything was yum yum - including the fresh chicken salad and flavoursome satay skewers!

Rating 3.0. A great weekday lunch deal from $12 for a main with a small side. We did a large bulk takeaway order. They obviously could cope with the volume ordered, we were told about 30 mins, but it wasn’t really when we arrive to pick up, and waited for another 30mins, an hour all up. The food was ok, my pad see was ok, the 1 stick of satay chicken (the small side) was too dry, not that enjoyable.

Came here for my mum's birthday because she liked Thai food and had yet to try any around Crows Nest. The decor was lovely and the staff were pretty accommodating. The food itself was pretty good, I particularly liked their red curry. On top of that the price wasn't too bad as well, and it was decent portion sizes.<br/><br/>All in all a pretty good experience, I'll definitely be coming back.

Good spot for quick lunch. We chose 2 dishes from lunch special menu. The pad kee Mao with chicken was fine. Typical noodle option at Thai restaurants. The chunk beef was also good. Liked the cinnamon and star anise flavours. Food came out quick.

A very relaxing place, the same ambience you get on a thai massage place, literally because of the soft lighting and calming sound of trickling water in the background. It gives the same vibe of dining on a high-end restaurant. We liked the Spicy Dory, texture and taste is so good. As we asians like our rice at every meal, we appreciate that this place offers unlimited rice. More bang for our buck.

Just went for quick lunch and ordered green chicken curry and noodles both of which were good. service was quick. will go back and will recommend to friends

During my first trip to australia I went here for diner. It was my last day before going back to the Netherlands after having spent about three and a half weeks in Australia and Tasmania. Eating here was the best food I had during my stay.😄😄😄👍👍👍

The Best Thai Food Ever. Thai Palm never disappoints from the tentative service to the amazing food. The menu is exceptional and I can truly say that every dish I have tried has been delicious. Stand-out dishes include the Mieng Scallop and the Roti Duck Curry which I haven't found at any other thai restaurant that is up to Thai Palm's standard. The atmosphere has elements of fine dining yet is still warm and welcoming. I don't live in the area but I'm willing to drive an hour just for the fantastic food. I highly recommend it!

The best Thai on the North Shore. Every dish we have tried at Thai Palm has been sensational. If you are tired of run of the mill, ho-hum Thai - this is something truly different. Bold Thai flavours, awesome menue and friendly staff. Recently under new ownership, this is your best pick for Thai on the North Shore. We really can't eat Thai anywhere else now! 5 stars.

Best Thai. The food here is fantastic and so are the staff. Go there at least once a week and never has a complaint and great atmosphere. Food is very modern Thai and a high standard.

A jewel in Crows Nest. Khun Aaron and staff are offering beautifully presented and delicate but tasteful Thai food, some of the best in Sydney. The service is friendly, yet non intrusive, the decor elegant. Both dinner and lunch are on offer. Lunch offers limited choice for a basic $10.00 of excellent food while the mouth-watering selection for dinner turns it into an experience. A must for any occasion.

Delicious and Elegant. Now under new management and they are fantastic. Our server Aaron was very professional and extremely accommodating. <br/><br/>The ambience is welcoming. Love the new lamps which hang quite low and the fact they kept the huge elephant head from the previous owners. <br/><br/>The food was fantastic. We had the special which this week was lamb. There was a wonderful prawn salad delicately presented in pink leaves. It was as tasty as it was beautiful. The scallop entree was great! Wrapped in a leaf, it was a pocket of delicious. <br/><br/>Though it's not the cheapest Thai in the area, for the atmosphere, food and service it's definitely a place we will be going to back to many times over! <br/><br/>Bravo!!!!!!!

Last night was my first time at Thai Palm and it was absolutely perfect. Me and my friends were group of six. We love atmospheres of fun and friendly here. Also definitely the food were incredibly great! eps. green curry. I love it. No wonder I would come back again.
