Love the burgers here..the best burgers all the time😍👌

I tried the meat substitute. It was tasty and made for an excellent burger. Fast service. Friendly. Good 'no sugar' soft drinks - healthy. A pity they do not serve tea or coffee. Will definitely go there again.

Delicious burgers and chips. Good range of choice and you can customise any burger or build your own. Fast and friendly service for lunch despite being busy. It was fun being able to order from the table using a QR code.

Love the service here. Burgers are delicious as always but staff are friendly and efficient. Food comes out quickly and tastes delicious (get the low carb buns). The Vegetarian (beyond meat) burgers are a different offering to other burger places and don't fill you up so much. Sweet potato fries are tasty as well. Get the Grilled app for special offers too.

When I dine in - Grill'd is the best, but as Lockdown NSW hit I got a take out Superfood Salad, opted to skip the dressing and nuts BUT They forgot everything, no beetroot, no Avocado, pretty much a small bit of lettuce and cold chicken. What a waste of $15.

What happened to the service?? Used to be so good! We came in on the 30/06 around 2:30pm for a late lunch. Sat down at a table right in front of the counter. The guy who took our order was working on the burgers and saw us the entire time. Half an hour and multiple takeaway orders later I politely checked to make sure they haven't forgotten about us. The girl went to the POS terminal, pressed a button and said "your order has just come through now". She didn't apologise, and overall looked annoyed and unhappy about something. Five or ten minutes later the order was ready. The waitress who brought our burgers had the same look on her face as if we had done something wrong. Again, not a hint of apology. Not the best experience to say the least. Hope it's just a one off, and not the new normal for the place.

Fake reviews seem to be a thing. This is a self service place, how can the service be good? All lies! 2nd time I've been here; last time it was grubby cutlery, this time meat from and obviously filthy grill. You can smell the kitchen in the air...from last week.

Food - 2/2 Ambience - 1/1 Vegan and Vegetarian options - 1/1 Service - 1/1 This place always has servers running around and helping new customers. The music is really cool and they have a great area for people who are waiting for their orders. The indoor and outdoor sections are really cool, but they do get extremely busy during lunch hours. My favourite burger is the Hemp Therapy. They have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options!

Used uber eats to order some food from here. The sweet potato chips were burnt but soggy at the same time; no idea how they managed that. The buns for the burgers were broken and avocado was only spread around the edges of the burger while having essentially no avocado spread in the middle area of the burgers. Horrible experience.

Walked in by accident, but quite impressed, juicy tasty burger, friendly staff, my boy likes his mini me meal as well, definitely will visit again!

horrible! so unhygienic and dirty - the tables weren't cleaned, there's crumbs everywhere and the place has a thick unclean atmosphere. not only the tables but i've seen a rat running around and the staff couldn't care less. also overpriced - $15 for burger and then extra $6 for chips, bringing your total to over $20 for a subpar meal. the staff are terrible - the young ones seem okay (it's an after-school job i guess) but the adults in the kitchen constantly swear at them and seem incredibly rude. i've been to other grill'd joints but this one is by far the worst

Love the Grill’d in Crowie! The staff here is super friendly, even though it’s busy during lunch time they make the wait worth it. They have been constantly working on their vegetarian and vegan options, and are community orientated by using charities to help the environment around us. The Hemp Therepea Burger and Vegan Cheeseburger 2.0 are my favourite, and a special mention to the addition of spices on the thick cut chips which just elevate the taste to another level.

I've been here several times and the service has always been fast and friendly which I appreciate. The burgers are pretty good and when I'm feeling a bit hungrier I like ordering the chip platter with different fries and sauces.

Who doesn’t like a burger now and then for a meal? We certainly do! We were out shopping, unsurprisingly, and needed refuelling. Grill’d was there so it was an easy choice for a quick bite. The range and consistency you get makes this so straightforward. Our first burger choice was the “Crispy Bacon and Cheese”. The combination itself probably makes this a very popular choice. It’s hard not to have bacon and cheese on a burger! This was described as grass fed lean beef, crispy bacon, tasty cheese, salad, relish and herbed mayo. It was big and tasty - just as a burger should be.

This is the first Grill’d burger joint I ever stepped foot in and I am so happy I did. Never disappoints with quality and flavour, really love the burgers here. Price is sometimes a bit more than average but it’s ok because there good

The best beef burgers in Sydney! I have only ever had takeaway or deliveries from Grill'd and have always been happy with their service. The food is delivered quickly and the burgers remain warm without getting soggy. My two favourites that I switch between are the Wagyu Wonder and the Sir Truffle.

The service at Grill'd is absolutely disgusting. Who would have thought that you could be misgendered in 2017? Absolutely appalling!!!!!!!! Never going there again GRRRRRRRRR
Food Lover
Tried beef almighty and chicken hot bird burgers with sweet potato fries but nothing was great, was just like any average burger place with average food.

It's hard to wrong with a chain restaurant... I know when I go to a Grill'd it'll be super tasty. So the different usually lies in the customer service and the cleanliness. And on these bases, Crows Nest Grill'd hits the spot. Super friendly, clean tables always available, and quick service.

And, of course, the burgers are great!

Favourite burgers in Sydney! The restaurant is ambient and cozy and the staff are friendly. The setup is nice and the process is efficient. My absolute favourite burger EVER is the 'Chilli Addict' beef burger. Absolutely delicious!!!!! The roasted capsicum and juicy beef patty is perfectly accompanied by the chilli relish, and I always crave it. Have only had one not-so-great experience but the staff catered well to it and in the end, everything tasted great.

Great experience!
It gets super busy but the quality of food and speed of service is excellent. The music and vibe is very loud so it's a nice casual day/night out for a group or family, not so much a couples date!
Wanderlust
Love this place! I had a delicious burger which was soo juicy it was dripping down my arms! They are so fresh and packed with flavour! I want one now just writing about it. They staff are super cool and calm despite it being PACKED!!! This place is going to be a regular of mine now.

Have just been here tonight, burger was ok but nothing spesh, sweet potato fries were burnt and the Sauvignon Blanc was so bad it was undrinkable, so we sent it back and just drank our bottled water.
Oh, and the table was dirty and sticky so we ended up cleaning it ourselves. Poor effort guys ....

Burgers here are generally good but I didn't like their new 'black crumb' chicken schnitzel burger, which I thought was disappointing as the schnitzel was seriously thin, not so crunchy and the burger (as a whole) wasn't warm.
The Engineer Eats
Had our last office lunch here before moving to another suburb. I tried the new Smoky Blackbird Chicken Snitzel burger. It was quite good. The black crumb was really black, I wonder what it is made of? The share plate of chips was great too, a mix of sweet potato, fries and zucchini chips with assorted sauce. Love the new items in the menu!

I was in Crows Nest for the day a couple of weeks ago, deciding what to have for lunch and was so excited when I saw Grill'd - however that excitement was short lived. My mother and I both ordered the Summer Sunset burgers with zucchini chips and usually this is my favourite burger but I was soo disappointed!! I felt so sick after eating this burger and what made matters even worse was whilst we were eating, a live cockroach ran straight past us on the wall behind my mum and we also saw a dead cockroach in the store! Turned us off for life and I definitely won't be rushing back to Grill'd anytime soon.

Been here few times and their chatswood outlet. Why do they serve the same stuffs!!? 😳😆 not that it matters to me as i always go for mustard n pickled. Never failed to get grilled with: you want bacon with that? Then, you want any fries with that? Yes please. Then, you want any drinks with that? No thanks. Then, of course, you want any dips with your lovely crispy fries? No thanks, i like it naturel merci..

Zucchini fries? Oh yeah please. You want any dips with that? Ermm.. Lol..

Waiting time to be seated N/A

Waiting time to order food â˜ș

Waiting for food to arrive â˜ș

Service provided â˜ș

Quality/taste of food 😐

Value for money 😐

Would I come back? â˜ș

Had the Chips Share Plate with hot chilli mayo, herb mayo and tomato relish and it wasn't too bad. The zucchini chips were very oily. After finishing it there was a pool of oil at the bottom of the cup which was kind of off-putting. Service wasn't that good as I had to go get my own napkins.
Very slow service for a short queue. Burgers came out fairly quickly and were hearty. Chips were perfect. Seems popular with families/ kids so don't expect any peace and quiet.

Great burgers. My favourite is the blazing bird (formerly hot chica). Always orders the chips, and make sure to get the hot mayo + herbed Mayo dips.

Certainly not a bad place, one of my favourite chains if anything!
I love how they have expanded the menu to include variations of chips, the sweet potato ones are to die for.

Must try the sliders!

Bun was burnt on the inside. Tasted okay, but I felt like it wasn't worth the price. The one good thing was that it looked much cleaner than when I ate here last year. Not bad, but I probably won't be coming back.

While living in Sydney last year we finally tried grilled burgers & have never looked back. The flavor combinations on each burger put together is amazing! Freshly made to order the burger is cooked to your likings. The chips & the seasoning they put on them is tasty. Purchase one of the sauces & your meal is complete. Burgers are healthier than other alternatives & not greasy at all which is a bonus! Friendly staff, fast service & fresh burgers, what more can you ask for?

{ _anne_with_an_e // review }
I’ve been to a few Grill’d locations in Sydney, and it’s great to point out that each one I’ve visited has always had friendly and bubbly staff - just one of the many things I love about Grill’d. ‘Healthy’ burgers, neat and funky decor, casual vibe, continuous community support (through donations), efficient service and of course delicious food, are all the reasons why I keep coming back for more!

I’ve tried a few of the different beef and lamb burgers, with the standouts being the mustard and pickled (my favourite from the entire menu) and the baa baa burger - both packed with flavour. The patties are succulent, meaty and juicy; the fillings are lovely and fresh; and the panini bun is soft in the inside and crunchy on the outside.

My other go-to items are the beef and cheese sliders which is tasty; the back bar steak sandwich being substantial; and the chicken caesar salad which is one of my favourite caesar salads. And let’s not forget to mention their famous grill’d chips! Thick-cut and seasoned with herbs, they’re a must have with the sweet chilli mayo dip!

Must haves // mustard and pickled beef burger, chicken caesar salad, grill’d chips with sweet chilli mayo
Pros // friendly bubbly service, delicious food, relaxed funky atmosphere, ample seating
Cons // can get busy

Food: 4.5/5
Ambience: 4.5/5
Service: 5/5

I believe Grill'd is the next step up from ye ole local takeaway shops.

Definitely more pricey but it get quality for it.

Have tried mostly all the items on the menu, too many to name and also have tried their new "Superbun" burgers and that was pretty interesting. Trying to decipher what was in it without looking at the ingredients.

Their herb chips are pretty good, it would be hard to find someone who didn't like their chips! Herby (is that even a word?), salty and crispy what more do you need.

Anywho good for lunchs and quick dinner's.

These days you can find grilled in most populated suburbs. Gooooooo Grill'd!

Great ingredients good flavors but I want a "burger" the Maca's sized beef patty dripping with juices (fat) tastes great but the flavor gets pushed to the back by the sugary tomato sauce and flavored mayo. The fries are unique but I'm usually tired of them before I can finish a serve.
Kytkat
Oh my gosh. These are my favourite burgers. I always get a simple beef burger with added cheese and pineapple. The buns are soft and delicious, the burger itself just works, and everything tastes great. Sweet potato fries are also to die for!

My healthy favourite is the field of dreams but my absolute favourite is the Baa Baa Lamb Burger
‘Baa Baa’ Burger 2660kJ $12.9
Grilled 100% grass fed lean lamb, avocado, tasty cheese, salad, relish & herbed mayo
Charn Tangson
Miss K ordered the Field of Dreams burger which is a vegetarian choice with a large grilled field mushroom in place of a meat patty. I almost always pick the panini bun as it’s soft and tasty and the fillings for this burger include herb mayo, basil pesto, roasted peppers, cheese and the standard vegetables (lettuce/tomato).

The weather's heating up and I can finally feel Spring coming around the corner. To celebrate the lovely weather over the weekend, M and I went to Grill'd for some of their mouthwatering grilled beef burgers and their new cider slushies!

Certainly one of the best burgers I’ve eaten, and definitely the best burger I’ve eaten in Australia.
Up For A Feed
Grill'd is a burger place, it sits somewhere in between fast food and a restaurant. Order your food at the counter and the burgers are brought out to you on a plate with cutlery, no paper bags/wrap here. Grill'd at Crows Nest is licensed (not sure about the other ones) so you can get a beer with your burger. I have eaten here many times and tried many different burgers from the menu. They are always very good! All the ingredients are fresh, the buns actually add to the taste not just something to hold the contents, veggies crisp and flavoursome and the meat moist and tasty. There is a wide range of burgers beef, chicken and lamb with some vegetarian options , various fillings all are about $10. I usually don't eat chips but at Grill'd i do thicker style with a bit of salt and herb mix, crunchy and light on the oil. You get with the chips a herb mayo , tomato relish or sweet chili mayo dip. If you check in on foursquare you get a free mini chips ! If you haven't tried a Grill'd burger g

Very tasty. I think I’d like any of the burgers served there, with the interesting, fresh ingredients. Serves are large, and I’ve wondered if their mini-burgers may even be big enough, especially with a serve of fries.

I have read about this place so many times in various food blogs and am a HUGE HUGE (did i say HUGE) fan of burgers!

When did burgers get so popular? Suddenly, it seems, Sydney can't get enough of them. These aren't the greasy takeaway shop kind, with pre-made patties cooked on the grill by a sad and resigned owner who sighs with each order. I remember those hamburgers
Mademoiselle Delicieuse
After chancing upon Grill'd whilst in Brisbane , Monsieur Poisson and I took the opportunity to try a much more local outlet in Crows Nest with Mistress one Friday evening. At no stage was the place full but there were a steady stream of people coming and
Does My Bomb Look Big In This
As a slow food fan, many fast food and chain stores make me shudder. However this, the twenty-fourth restaurant for Grill'd and Sydney's first store, is an exception. What I can report back on is a bustling Saturday lunch crowd

Not healthy, not fresh!!!. After debating wether I wanted Moo or Grill'd I decided to go healthy!!! But as I read the menu and watch them cook my burger I was horrified!!!

I couldn't get anything chicken because it wasn't free range :(

So I got beef, which came out of a packet that was frozen :( So it's made in a factory and has been sitting in a fridge for god knows how long. My avocado was a purée that comes out of a tub which makes me feel like its probs 39% avocado the rest chemicals or onion it tasted disgusting.
Mayo wasn't made fresh, tasted like sugar.. I think the only thing that was healthy about my burger was the salad which was just iceburg lettuce and tomato...

Ummm please don't advertise that your healthy and fresh when all your ingredients are made in a massive factory and nothing is free range or good quality!!! Stop your fonry act and serve someone an actual healthy & 100% real food!!

Possibly the slowest service ever, every time I end up waiting in queue that takes 5 times as long as it should and I always end up questioning if I really want a burger at all. Otherwise the burgers and chips are good. But they need to get more staff on the registers or better service generally cause that really ruins the experience
Pialoveslife
Worst experience. After being recommended by a colleague. I couldn't wait to try it. Walked in at 9.30pm and was greeted with a rude staff. She didn't even say hello or anything. Just screamt "we are closed". Well the website says 10pm, do you want to change that mis advertisement????

Terrible - could have made better burgers at home. Bun stale and tasteless fillings - expected good things after reading the rating but very disappointing.

Great value. After a truly shocking experience at Moo Gourmet Burgers last week, I tried this treasure for a late lunch today. The friendly staff are a pleasure to interact with, the food arrived very quickly and holy cow, the food was good. Really good! I had the crispy bacon and cheese beef burger and I swear it was one of the best burgers I have ever had. The chips are also excellent. The only drawback is that it gets messy, so don't bring anyone you want to look nice in front of. I also love Grill'd's commitment to the local community and you get to help choose which local charity will get the bulk of the $500 they contribute each month. At the end of my meal I made a note of saying how much I enjoyed it and was enthusiastically high fived by an exuberant employee. Just a great experience all round - if you're trying to choose between Moo and Grill'd (they're right near each other) the choice is easy, it HAS to be Grill'd, every time.

I love there bacon
Jess
I had the bacon burger which I quite enjoyed as it tasted fresh and the sauce that they used on the burger was extremely flavoursome however I don't feel it was worth the $10.90 I was charged for it. The chips that I had were slightly undercooked and served cold. The service was poor especially the young man that served us who seemed rather distracted and kept interrupting us whilst we were placing our order by yelling out instructions to other members of staff. 6/10 for the overall experience.

Im a very fussy burger eater, and this place satisfied me beyond expectation ! Amazing burgers!! Quick service! Love it!

YUM YUM. I love Grill'd. I've had a few burgers from there and have never been disappointed. All fresh, juicy and flavoursome. The Baa Baa Burger is a fave. Must try.

These guys do fantastic veggie burgers that taste REAL. I'm a new vegetarian who hates the taste of soy products so it's hard to find a decent burger! Plus the walls have fun things to read. I'll be going back.

Only problem is they only have pepsi.... I need coke with my burgers!!

Grill'd Healthy Burgers. I walked in to this upbeat restaurant with funky music playing and a fair few people sitting out the front enjoying the sun. Before I even noticed the red grilld murals on the walls, I was greeted by the girl on the register. The menu was a little hard to read but another staff member walked up to me and offered me a menu which made it alot easier. There were so many burgers to choose from Lamb, Beef, Chicken and Vegie.
I ended up choosing the Almighty, similar to a burger with the lot and also a snack chips. The salad, beetroot, beef, cheese, egg and bacon blended well with the sauces they use and the burger was delicious, although being a bit hard to eat because it was so big. The chips were nice too they had a herb salt mix on them and I tried the Herbed Mayo as a dipping sauce which was nice. Next time I will try the sweet chilli mayo dipping sauce, a friend that regularly goes there has told me its amazing.
Overall a great, reasonably priced dining experience. Its a plus too that they are healthy! Way better than the counter which is also on that street. Ill Be Back Grill'd!
