I live around north sydney and been to this restaurant couple of times now! I have tried warm bowls and salads here. When I first explored this place I was neutral, but when I ordered maple root vegetables which is a warm bowl I was totally surprised. Though it was a vegetarian dish, it was exceptionally good! Next time I ordered Grilled Teriyaki salmon bowl. That was super delicious too. Recipes are quite exotic here and salads are great not at all boring as they are usually at many of the other places. I absolutely love the flavour of dressings they use. Their signature lattes are worth trying as well. Staff and owner are quite friendly.

Delicious juices and smoothies. I had the breakfast roll, massive the best I've ever had. Friendly service. Nice seating in for and out. There's good variety of options and plenty for vegetarians

Food was nice and fresh. However we were so disappointed that most of the items that we wanted were out of stock on that day. Our options for poke bowl were limited to salmon and chicken. Not many options for drinks as well, only honey green tea.

Delicious, healthy lunch! I tried the salmon poke bowl with a beetroot latte. Flavours were well balanced, fresh ingredients. My colleagues and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch there and will definitely be back for more work lunches. There were also plenty of vegetarian options

The interior design is very cute, and the staff are lovely. The food and drinks have never disappointed. They have a decent amount of vegetarian options. Pictured is the vegetarian Rainbow Poke Bowl and the Brioche French Toast (with seasonal fruit).
