Great place to have burgers and smoothies! It's a small and cozy place with simple decor. The food is good though. We have tried their Vegetarian burger, chicken sandwich and smoothies and we were happy!

Ordered omelette and it’s tasty. It also looked different from other omelettes. The toast with butter was good too.

Both the Pancakes and Bacon & Egg roll (order the Hollandaise sauce!!!) are very yummy ! Great to share for breakfast as well. I have also tried the Spanish Eggs - which I didn’t like and felt was too sour.
The price is on the expensive side (same as every brunch place in Crows Nest), but the food quality has been consistent and delicious.
If you are dining in, don’t expect the service to be awesome and food to come fast as staff appear to be always busy.
Read a few mix reviews on Charlie Lovett and found it on our visit to be as good as most as better than some. Coffee roaster on site like many do these days and with good result for my long black. Plenty of flavour in the smooth blend with no bitterness. Omelettes were the order of the day and non traditional in style, with all ingredients combined into the pan. I prefer the light and fluffy omelette and the filling in the fold as that's the skill of the omelette. Pan style we can all do as well at home. Flavours were there although we both found the chicken ingredient in each of our serves to be hard to find. Service, decor and the feel of the cafe is very pleasant and overall it was a nice lazy Sunday breakfast. Wouldn't hurry back but by no means was I offended either.
I met a friend for lunch yesterday & had a lovely experience a this unassuming cafe on the corner in Crows Nest. I've been to one of their other locations, & had high expectations. I was not let down, service was quick & the Burger honest & beautifully presented. They roast their own coffee & it shows, any cafe I have been to that do roast, always know how to pour a good cup.
This Coffee House was in my eye shot as I was walking past Willoughby rd, great sunny location. it looked really inviting, The food on display looked fresh and plentiful. but I was just after a coffee. although the Signature burger looked very tempting.
I was impressed by the knowledgeable and passionate baristas when I asked where the coffee house blend was sourced from, he even let me sample their cold drip.
I love these small cafes and it was very refreshing to sit there for a while. The weather was good and the place was full but not crowded. Their coffee was a perfect blend as they use this thermometers and apparatus to test their blends. Also tasted their mini cheese and chocolate cupcake which was amazingly good. I always prefer the chocolate and orange combination and it did not disappoint today either.
Heard about thier freshly roasted coffee so took friends over this weekend. The barista suggest us the colombian coffee with my mac and it was really great, so much flavour no bitterness and we share their all day omelettes which were as amazing. Total satisfaction...will be back!

Brilliant. Best way to start the week. Coffee was absolute perfection. I try and mix it up every time I go there, so I have authority that they do an amazing Mocha, Cap and Soy Latte. I think they've only just started doing this delectable cinnamon scrolls (unless I've just been missing out)...they melt in your mouth. Great for breakfast/any time snack. Love having this right next to my work. Really good value too.
