Review Oliver Brown - Crows Nest

Had the hot chocolate with little chocolate beads/balls and frutti waffle. Really enjoyed both these items. Internet reception wasn't the best so would have been nice to take a book. There is a playground near by for kids to enjoy as well.

Our drinks were great but these churros are not something I would ever order again from Oliver Brown. My daughter ate them but these didn’t taste or look like churros. Disappointed.

The owner is a grub. He uses the floor as his own personal office to make video calls, do accounting, etc. He ruins the atmosphere. Once, I even saw him instructing a waitress to mop the floors around all the patrons who were eating and drinking. It smelled like sewage.

I’m just gonna label the other reviewers as probably rich pretentious thickshakes with standards through the roof I’m from a country town I think this is the best coffee they are kind and will Remember you like a regular soon enough . These reviews are a good example of why you shouldn’t put your business around mean rich people.

I always like to stop here for a drink after my shopping. Spacious and reasonable food choices. Love the hot chocolate.

Lovely interior. Big space with power points throughout in case you need to charge your phone or use a laptop. Nice staff. Wish they had some cafe food as well as sweets but it’s still nice.

The funniest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waitress spilt the tea on the table, went and got one piece of napkin and chucked it on the table with a ‘sorry’ then walked away for me to wipe the spill myself 😂 😂 😂. Are you kidding me? No wonder Oliver Brown is dying.. too funny.

Ordered a Lychee Crush and recieved Ice crushed. That also after a long wait just for the Crush.

A pretty average cafe but in a convenient location next to Woolworths. The hot chocolate isn’t anything special.

Yummy churros with absolutely stunning milk chocolate sauce! The churros were baked, although I prefer fried ones. Had food experience with this one! Would love to visit again.

Same as every saturday , I ordered a hot choclate for my 4 yrs son as he loves their hot choclate after his swimming pool class.. after 5 min a waitress came to us ask us to leave the store because I had a take away cup from other store in my hand.. ( she said our manager DOES NOT like....)... Even if it was a rule ( THAT I doubt it) it wasnt good manner .. I didnt know how to explain it to my little son what happen to his hot choclate....!!!! Very disappointing.

Rather disappointing mixed berry waffle. The berries were the frozen type & very mushy. The waffle got very soggy from the liquid ( too thin to be a proper sauce). The dollop of ice cream was generous. However overall still not a great eat.

The best food ive ever tasted in my entire life. The hot chocolate was the best in the whole universe for sure. The staffs were all friendly. Love this cafe and definitely will come back 1000 times.

Love this place! New fave haunt for sure! Perfect for days when you want to work while sipping on some coffee. Hopefully, it won't be swamped anytime soon.

Cafe opened a few months ago in the new Woolworths building. The space is rather large so there is ample seating - great place to sit for hours and read -, and they sell baked goods, ice cream and chocolates.

I ordered their 'Sneaky Snickers' with iced dark choc (you can actually choose between white, milk or dark) blended with a snickers bar but I didn't realise that it was actually a blended ice drink. Hence it was rather chilly for a cold, (then) winter's night. Although there were some chopped peanuts in the drink, there wasn't much peanut/caramel flavour so I was little disappointed.
