Very good dining experience in this restaurant. The location cannot be more convenient. There are quite a few free parkings in Crows Nest Woolworth and it just takes few mins walking from Wooly to the restaurant. The quality of the meat is very high. Especially the Ox Tonge, it is very tender and soft after roasting. The waiting staff is awesome. They are friendly, attentive and organised. I strongly recommend this place.
They said its the only place in sydney we can enjoy beef that sent directy from kagoshima..
Have a lot of choices for the meat and all the meats are in good condition and high quality..
The price is a bit high but its worth it !!
First time tried sashimi beef, they call it "yukke", taste so fresh..
I recommend you guys to try the ribs finger..
Very nice food, enjoyed so much
Waygu beef from Japan is amazing. Will go back for sure
Drove past this restaurant a few weeks ago, and decided to check it out. We walked in without a booking just recently, and were lucky enough to get a seat at the bar.
Talk about luck - this place is excellent.
Service is typically Japanese - wonderful. Food is absolutely amazing - we had some Salmon Sashimi, which just melts in your mouth, and then a few different cuts of Australian Wagyu.
I'm not sure how good the Japanese Wagyu is, but based on how good the Australian Wagyu is, it must be amazjng
Prices are reasonable, not cheap but not expensive, and in line with other (very) good Japanese restaurants
One little word of warning, and a suggestion for the restaurant: the wine list is very small, and whilst they have a very good range of Sake, it's only sold in full bottles - they need to change this and start serving in the 'usual' 180ml bottles. A 750ml bottle is just too much Sake for one night. Adding a couple more white wines, and a couple more reds, would be a great idea too.
The best and juiciest Wagyu Beef I have ever tasted. It was like the Wagyu beef I had in Japan but even better. No doubt this is the best Restaurant to go to if you want the best Wagyu Japanese or Australian beef. It has a very modern look Restaurant and for sure the owner renovated this to the highest level, very clean and no smoke inside even you are having a BBQ. To top it up, friendly and efficient staffs, great service. What else you can ask for. I highly recommended the new Japanese BBQ Restaurant.
I was so amazed by this newly opened Japanese Yakiniku restaurant in Crows Nest. They have a wide selections of both Australian Wagyu and Japanese Wagyu. Japanese Wagyu is imported from Kagoshima, Japan, where it is famous for its Kagoshima black cattle. The meat is super tender and has its full-bodied flavour, together with well-balanced fat marbling throughout the muscle fibres. It is The best wagyu beef I have ever had in my life, even better than the very expensive Wagyu beef restaurant I went to Tokyo Japan 2017. You are prepared to pay a bit more on Japanese Wagyu as to its best taste. But even if you go to Japan, the Wagyu beef price is quite high. They also have lower price but still very tasty Australian Wagyu beef. Average spending $50-60/per person and I am so satisfied.
BEST Wagyu I have had in Sydney, good service and nice staff too. I really like the japanese wagyu and the home made sauce, I can really feel the beef is melting in my mouth with mind blowing flavor, will definately come back to try different cuts.
We decided to try this place out, i drive past everyday and it looked like a promising speciality wagyu shop.
It's clean, beautiful interior and very prompt service. There's no smoke even when it's full.
There's a wide variety of cuts and types of meat. Be prepared to pay a steeper price if you're keen to try the Japanese wagyu. The Japanese cuts were a bit fattier and the Australian wagyu is meatier (could be the cut we opt for), they are both really good.
Highly recommend the platters.
It's definitely not an everyday thing, and I think it's better to come with a small group. We didn't leave the place full, but we were satisfied.
I felt like I’m in Japan!
Kagoshima beef is super delicious and melting in your mouth! You don’t have to bite them!haha
Let’s try real WAGYU BEEF!
