Always good. My boyfriend and I have always enjoyed the food from Jade Dynasty. The fried rice is delish with the right amount of tiny shrimp and bean sprouts. The honey prawns are sensational as well as the spicy salt calamari.
The owners are lovely people and they always deliver with a smile.
Old school suburban Chinese restaurant. If not for the promise of traditional Malaysian hawker fare on the menu, there is no way I would have come across this part of Melbourne. Set away from the main strip along Princess Hwy, Jade Dynasty is situation in a lazy strip of shops that appear to have been there for decades.
First impression of the place is that is the freezing! I guess no point in turning on the heat when the place is empty. I ordered the Combination Hor Fun (as planned weeks prior!) and it arrived shortly afterwards. It was acceptable for the price, but not something I would come back for. This would normally get a dislike vote from me, but the offering of free prawn crackers and the old nostalgic feel of this place gets them over the line for a like vote.
Had a beautiful dining in lunch today, the service was amazing as well as the food.
BBQ pork veg and rice for $13 dine in amazing value. Definitely recommend this place.
