I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my kebabs and gozleme. I’ve been coming here for years. The servings are generous, the ingredients are fresh and the meat is succulent. Highly recommended.
If you’re out about in the southeastern suburbs of Dandenong while exploring what the markets have to offer, there is no place better than dough works as there Gozleme hits the spot, not too heavy and really flavourful lunch.
It has been my preferred place to eat when I visit the market. Despite trying other places, I always find myself back here. The lines can be long but the all-female gozleme squad (aside from one gentleman) churn through the queues quickly. They are prepping, cooking, serving and packing all at the same time. Gozleme's are always fresh and tasty with different flavours to choose from. We always opt for some lemon and chilli flakes as well. Coupled with those little buckets of seasoned chips...mmmm!
Kebabs are also tasty and fresh, doesn't leave you with the after-guilt!
Only criticism is the pricing that has increased and becoming more restaurant/dine-in prices rather than a food truck. I would still pay this for the fresh and satisfying feed!

Best Gozleme's I have ever tried! Always made fresh on the spot and so generous with the fillings! For only $8 you seriously can't go wrong!
The wrap was actually toasted within a sandwich grill once all the ingredients have been rolled in. This provided a slight crunchy outer, which was a nice touch as I have never experienced this in any other kebab. The ingredients were overall incredibly fresh and applied generously. The shaved lamb was relatively lean, full of flavour and also plentiful.
Overall a cheap and delicious kebab at an extremely competitive price point. Their unique cooking method is definitely a standout and worked incredibly well in their favour.
Love the gözlemes here, fresh ingredients and more than often made fresh on the spot, they can get really crowded during lunch time but the most I've waited is 10 minutes or so. Also the cheapest gözlemes and possibly the best I've ever had. Can't fault this place, really deserves a 10/10!
We come here just for the the amazing Gözlemes. The Gözlemes are so popular you can be assured that they're made fresh to order. I've never received a Gözleme that wasn't steaming hot and delicious.

Hands down the best Kebabs in all of Melbourne. Love this place always great food, some time super busy but I don't mind because the wait is worrth it.
We live not too far from the Dandenong Market. It's an awesome place comprising of three main sheds - one for deli/meat/bakery, one for fruit and veg and a food court, and one for clothing and miscellaneous goods like cheap toys, pet goods, electronics, books, etc. The other big drawcard? $1 for 3 hours of parking (and free parking on Sunsdays), which as far as I'm aware is unheard of anywhere else in Melbourne. Another time I'll talk about my favourite vendors at the market - today I'm talking about breakfast.
