Excellent quality, great price and warm and friendly staff! Great idea for parties and functions. Owner has been accommodating for special orders and outside his work hours! Highly recommend!
Really good pizza, the owner was so nice very friendly. Best priced pizza for quality and cost, can't go wrong. Rare to find a place like this.
Great pizza, very tasty and the owner is very friendly. They are reasonably priced and pizza is always prepared very quickly. Cannot fault them. Great local pizza.
ive been here a few times now, they are local, super friendly , polite, explains the menu well and very affordable for a pizza house located in the west. well done.
Great value pizzas. Do not get a pizza from Panic Pizza if you want a gourmet style pizza. Be realistic about your expectations and you will realise that they are pretty good pizzas for the cheap ($8.50 pickup) price tag. The toppings are pretty much standard and nothing out of the ordinary, but the bases are what make these pizzas the best in my local area. I love crunchy, bready bases and the standard bases at Panic are almost perfect for me. The service can be a bit hit-and-miss at times and one particular pizza on the menu ('Spicy Supreme') lists ham as an ingredient but it's a misprint, with the staff having to ask customers every time if they want ham as it will cost extra. Why they don't just cross out the word 'ham' on the menus with a black texta is anyone's guess. Overall, the best cheapie in my local area. Yes, you can get better pizzas, but yes, you will pay a lot more.
Yum! Marinara pizza is grea.... Yum!
Marinara pizza is great
Iv never had a problem despite the negative reviews
Tastes lovely fresh ingredients
I would recommend
Great price
Great pizza for a great price. Lots of toppings and flavours are good. A local favourite.
So I ordered 4 large and 2 garlic bread and was told about half an hour.
I get there on 30mins and am told another 15 minutes, because the delivery deiver didn't turn up, so the sole operator bad to do the delivery before preparing my order.
I asked for it to be well done and was advised in 270 degree oven everything is well done. To me that is every pizza oven, however well done means an extra 5 minutes in the 270 degree oven.
I came back 15 minutes later and it tales another 10 minutes, so 55mins total wait time rather than 30. The sole operator is doing everything from answering calls, boxes, over point-of-sale the lot.
When handed the 4 large Pizzas, I ask for the garlic bread, and his body language tole me he had forgotten, so I said don't worry, he gave the refund without asking.
I did leave after commenting "hopefully the pizza is worth the wait as the service has been terrible".
After getting garlic bread from domino's around the corner, the pizza from here was worth the wait. I ordered Meatlovers, Margarita and vegie pizza.
I've rated a 4 because it wasn't well done as requested, so wasn't up to my standard for that reason.
I will buy from here again, however will expect well done next time.
I understand there are staff shortages, so many bauinesses are doing their best to continue operating. However having worked in the industry many years ago for a nunber of years, I'd be offering a $5 discount to those who ask for delivery and ask they come in to continue servicing the store alone. But regardless the owner was doing a great job managing all aspects on his own.
Have tried all 3 pizza shops at the set of shops here in deer park and panic pizza wins hands down. Pizza was great but the customer service from Leon was even better.
Great pizza and pasta shop. Owner knows his job to beat the big brands in the area. I ordered online through Panic Pizza website and it gives you options for pickup or delivery. No need to go for Menulog or ubereats. Its worth a try. I know this place for a long time. It needs some appreciation from the local community. Keep the good work going mate👍
