One of my favour chocolate shops in Melbourne. Brought a gift box for friend of mine for his birthday. They are moving to downstairs for a bigger shop in 2 months time. Can't wait to see their new shop open.
Very disappointed as I use to like their hot chocolate chilly which is now so sweet that you can't even taste the chocolate. And we had a mocha which was as sweet. So never will go again. And the service was very slow.
The “new and improved” store at Doncaster no longer does food and beverages, so no more amazing hot chocolates. Lost us as a long time customer. Purely a retail site only now. A terribly bad decision. Avoid.
Soy latte was undrinkable tasted rank not even sugar could help this latte, and way to hot
This is the place for a top notch cup of Belgium hot chocolate. My kids love it here too, their highlight is the teddy pops that come with their babyccinos!
The chocolate mousse here is so decadently & sinfully good and the hot chocolate is so rich and delicious. So love this place after trying it for the first time.
Went to the Westfield one- the parking is always so full spent about 30minutes looking for parking. Eventually found some - and when I go here- Koko Black was all full, they don’t have many seats unfortunately, and we all waited about 20mins to get our hot chocolates. Good and fast service The iced chocolate is $9. The taste is good,come with ice cream, and cho sauce, but not that much rich. The cup is made from plants, thats amazing.
