Amazing hot chocolate options at Koko Black. Love to visit koko black for my hot chocolate fix and the one i would ususlly get is the dark orange hot chocolate or the hazelnut hot chocolate.
They are always very consistent with their chocolate drinks
The light hot chocolate is nice and not too rich. Nice staff but the cafe is in need of renovation or better lighting.
Love their hazelnut clusters, rose jelly, and Sienna strawberry chocolates. Sometimes the milk chocolate coating can be too sweet on fruit flavourings, but Koko Black gets the balance right.
My favourite catchup location in westfield. Its not too busy and has comfy couches inside. It has my favourite ice chocolate. i change between classic and the salted caramel ice choc. love the taste of the choc ice cream in the ice choc (you have to request to have it put into the salted caramel ice choc). most of the staff are very friendly.
Had a ice chocolate here and it was sooooo Good! It wasn’t overly sweet but had the perfect balance of flavours 😍 such a nice place to have a break from shopping
good quality coffee (not the best though). They also kindly gave us a free cinnamon chocolate each which was really delicious. Now we’ll definitely be back to try their other chocolate flavours.
Koko black at Westfield shopping centre. The hot chocolate is a must order as it is full flavour with the nice chocolate taste. It is a good drink after the dinner

quiet atmosphere away from the chaos of the shopping centre which is wonderful for a delicious soy Belgium dark chocolate mocha, served hot in a mug with extra chocolate shavings for additional decadence. the staff can be overwhelmed and a bit brash but easily forgiven depending on the demands of the customers. thank you for consistent yummy-ness in a caffeine boost.

Had the hot chocolate affogato, selection of truffles, and a pot of peppermint tea. Their hot chocolate was definitely impressive - deep, dark and rich chocolate. Would probably get the hot chocolate itself alone in the future, as the ice cream added a bit too much sweetness. They also have an extensive array of chocolate truffles, which were delectable. The tea had a slight chocolate taste which left me wondering whether it was due to the teapot not being washed properly, or it was supposed to be that way.
The only problem I found was that the staff were very unattentive - maybe only on the day we came - but we were left waiting for a long time before they came to take our order. Also, the waiter left us as soon as we had said our drinks, despite still wanting to order the truffles, and we ended up having to go to the counter to order. Not sure if the lack of service is normal, but we were quite disappointed by this.
Overall, though, it was a nice treat to have after a long day of shopping!
As a chocolate lover, I love hot choc here. Fortunately Koko black went thorough its difficulty and continue running. Chocolate gift box is a good choice for Christmas if you are looking for a small present.
One of my favour chocolate shops in Melbourne. Brought a gift box for friend of mine for his birthday. They are moving to downstairs for a bigger shop in 2 months time. Can't wait to see their new shop open.
This is the place for a top notch cup of Belgium hot chocolate. My kids love it here too, their highlight is the teddy pops that come with their babyccinos!
The chocolate mousse here is so decadently & sinfully good and the hot chocolate is so rich and delicious. So love this place after trying it for the first time.
Good and fast service
The iced chocolate is $9. The taste is good,come with ice cream, and cho sauce, but not that much rich.
The cup is made from plants, thats amazing.
