While baked potato is something that can be easily prepared at home, I felt peckish enough to pay for a ready made one at Spudbar. They are never very busy and service can be a bit hit and miss. I built my own baked potato with lots of fresh and healthy vegetables topped with a generous dollop of sour cream. It all came together beautifully and I had a surprisingly pleasant experience here.
Ordered the sriracha poke bowl for lunch.
I've never tried their poke bowls before and was actually pleasantly surprised. Even better than the usual spuds we get.
Service was super quick- took just 5 minutes for our order to be delivered, and was friendly.
If I was looking for some healthy lunch, I would definitely eat here and have a poke bowl again.
Spudbar is a great food spot to go to if you love potato especially sweet potato. Plus you can choose from so many toppings and combinations. I picked the aloha salmon poke bowl which had smoked salmon, avocado, edamame beans, seaweed, cucumber and sweet potato as the base. I also got a side of sweet potato chips which were a lovely crunch. The bowl was super healthy and filling as there is so much potato in the bowl. I had it as served but I recommend warming it in the oven as the potato and salmon are really nice oven baked.
I absolutely love potato so spudbar is always going to be a winner for me , recently I’ve discovered they also do sweet potato ! I love this loaded with their Bolognese sauce
Spud bar so conveniently located in the middle of the food court. Can’t miss it! I always get the sweet potato with bacon and cheese. Having sweet potato however is an extra 50cents but I don’t mind. The food is always nice. They aren’t stingy on the toppings & always leaves me full afterwards. The staff are also always nice. I also like that they have a rewards program. You get a free spud on your birthday and also get your 10th spud free! Can’t say no to that 😊 🥔
Have always enjoyed having the sweet pot stir with different toppings. They took off the Greek lamb one which was my favourite. Have tried the BBQ one, wasn’t too bad but the sauce was quite overwhelming.
Big meals, with many topping options. Can pick from standard baked potato or baked sweet potato.
I tried the Hawaiian with baked sweet potato was amazing and very filling 👌🏼😍

Love the huge fresh range of toppings. Favourites are pulled pork or Bolognese with a good helping of crunchy veggies. You can make it as fattening or as healthy as you like and the flexibility is good when you want something a bit different.
Only complaint is I find it to be pretty expensive for a potato with some toppings (although theres a hell of a lot of toppings). Wish they could serve on plates as sometimes you end up eating a salad first, then a potato, as you can't dig down enough! Service really varies depending who is on duty
My second time trying Spudbar and it was as delicious as I remember. I tried their new Moroccan Chickpea with a sweet potato spud. A very yummy combination of ingredients and extremely filling. Spudbar is a great choice if you're after something relatively healthy but are restricted to foodcourt choices.
Spud bar is great! Roasted potato with whatever fillings you feel like! Create your own is good but they have some great options on the boards! Its a very filling meal if you get a whole spud to yourself! Love that you have added sweet potato so you can make it that little but more healthier!
