Formally changed names to "Collins Street Fish and Chips", ask for the local fresh WA catch when available as it is always great tasting and locally sourced from WA waters. Great chips as well from WA potatoes. The best in the West, Donnybrook Fish and Chips. Try also their great Burgers!!
