Good coffee and good service. The menu is your basic cafe menu however the flavors are nice. The porridge was super fulfilling and a nice meal to start the day. The baked eggs were also nice and I would recommend both of these dishes for either a savory or sweet option.
Apple and Muscatel Porridge : š Great
Spanish Baked Eggs : š Amazing
After a nice walk on the Bay, it was a no brainer to drop by Copo for coffee and lunch. Loved the Spanish Baked Eggs. You canāt go wrong with fat slices of Chorizo and perfectly toasted sourdough to pair it with. Campos is one of my go to coffee beans and at Copo it was brewed perfectly. Friendly service and a lovely atmosphere.
Went there on Saturday morning for brunch
I ordered cappuccino and Spanish baked eggs
The service was very good
There were three eggs in the Spanish baked eggs, very nice. I liked it!
I stop by Copo on my way to work most days for coffee and occasionally a take away brekkie.Ā
The staff are all so friendly and attentive and as a regular they have taken the time to learn my order which is something I really appreciate.Ā
Coffee is beautiful here and the fresh baked muffins are a must try.Ā
I haven't had a chance to come in for a sit down meal but it is definitely on my to do list.
Love this place purely for their amazing coffee, epic wall art and flowers everywhere. They have a great upstairs area. I think they just need to work on a vegan menu
Our local go to for coffee and brunch. Best coffee in the area, good service and yummy brunch options. Anything with smoked trout is our favourite.
I ate the breakfast bowl at Copo this morning. Great to have vegetarian options, which are not only healthy but really tasty. I sat upstairs in the sun, where there was a relaxed atmosphere with friendly and fast service. The coffee was so good, I had two have two cups.
I come here every few months as itās a good place to meet up with friends in the middle of Sydney with enough parking.
The coffee and food have been very consistent but service and food preparation is on the slow side. Their Campos coffee is above average.
Iāve tended to stick to the bacon and egg roll, BLAT or haloumi roll. All highly recommended. Today I had the smoked trout and fried egg with potato hash, tasty but a bit too greasy for me.
Was a bit confusing to find at first as Copo's entrance was on the side street, not the main street
However when found, there was no wait for seating which was really good. The upstairs outdoor seating is really great on a warm day
We ordered the Morrocan Baked Eggs, Turkish Baked Eggs and Zucchini & Quinoa Fritters
I had the Turkish Baked Eggs which were pretty unique I must say. The additions of slivered almonds and chunks of lamb shoulder made the dish much more hearty and filling. But seriously, the hommus yoghurt was an absolute killer... My goodness it was amazing! Would definitely recommend!
However, both I and my friend, who got the Moroccan Baked Eggs, agreed that it would've been better with more tomato sauce base and more bread to mop the dish up with
We all left decently satisfied with our meals!
Came across Copo by chance and I was very glad I did. They have plenty of healthy options including products available for purchase. Their coffee was perfect, one of the best Campos coffees I've had. Their meals were what you would expect from the menu and more. Our dishes were fresh, delicious and generous. They catered to my allergies without any issues and the service was warm and helpful. We were given menus and water without having to ask and our server checked on us once we were finished. Definitely returning
