Dinner wirh friends, recommended as from interstate. Nice ambience, very good service and food. Quite relaxed, not rushed through courses as some restaurants do. Chose 2 seafood entrees as a small eater. Both very nice, well presented and nicely cooked. Tempted into a chocolate sphere for dessert -
Veldt Restaurant was a really good surprise in Dubbo. By the moment you get into the place you are sure that you gonna have an amazing experience. Friendly staff and delicious food. My partner and I had the 3 course meal and it worths every cent. Sublime!

Staff excellent. We ordered chef's recommendation of slow cooked lamb shoulder for 2 people. It was delicious and fresh vegetables well cooked. Only criticism was that potato mash too highly seasoned. Dessert of creme brulee beautiful. Excellent value for money.
