I am never disappointed when I eat at The General. The ambience is casual and the staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of their menu. I am obsessed with the bacon burger here - I've come back four times for it and it tastes just as good, if not better, each and every time! It ranks high up there with other restaurants that specialise only in burgers. The fries here are great too! A perfect place to catch up with friends over great food and coffee.

Lazy Sunday afternoon lunch at this place.
Good food, generous serving sizes and reasonable prices. The service was a bit slow though. Otherwise recommended.

Best breakfast I’ve ever had in Sydney hands down, the mushrooms as an add on are a must! Also the smashed avo is next level... oh and the corn fritters were perfect amount of fried and dense, usually I always find them dry.
