We are familiar with chef Coby’s amazing Asian fusion food and just had to give Blue Manna a try. Beautiful relaxed restaurant-open kitchen -we sat outside on a fairly windy night- but the heaters and lap rugs were saviours! Restaurant was almost full on a Tuesday night. Service prompt and cheerful-lovely waitresses who were well versed with the menu. Wine list was adequate. Food....amazing! Started with the truffle butter and bread and the prawn stuffed fried chicken wings-an absolute favourite! For main course we chose the fish of the day-Beautiful gold ban snapper with Asian fusion salad and to die for sauce. There were accompanying potato cakes also that personally I don’t think the dish needed it ...but was delicious! Wonderful night-so recommended and will definitely be visiting again.
We're visiting from America and found the food to be really top rated 5 stars! Excellent. Loved the squid, the scallop pot stickers and baked oysters. We highly recommend the food and service. A must-do in the area.

Fresh seafood packed with so much flavour! We had the Korean sashimi, seared scallops and the crab with Indonesian satay sauce between two people (approx. $84) and all was amazing. This is my new favourite restaurant in the South West and I will be returning. If you love seafood, please do put this on your list!
Went here for lunch as I was having a seafood craving. Was definitely not let down at all. Friendly fast service and very professional kitchen staff. Would go here often if I lived local
Yes! It is surprising to find a restaurant in this location, but that doesn’t affect you at all once in there. The open kitchen and the knowledgeable staff will definitely make you enjoy this place whether the two of you or with a group.
Food is absolutely stunning, fish and seafood were cooked to the perfection. Forget about the traditional butter fried Australia!!! This place will actually make you try the seafood how it is cooked from Portugal to South East Asia. Delicate, fresh & tasty, definitely the best restaurant we have been in the region. Great portions / good value = a must go!!!

Was told to book and that was a good piece of advice, excellent sashimi starter and the fish of the day, although slightly overcooked it was still very good, well worth the visit and will definitely visit again. The staff were excellent, helpful and attentive, one of the chefs even explained what ghe dressing was with the sashimi
Korean sashimi, and Scallops with Asian salads for starters followed by seafood chowder, homemade bread with black truffle butter and some salt & pepper squid for mains. Barely had room for some ice cream at the end. It was all delicious! Friendly and attentive staff. Nice background music playing (not too loud). A great dinner.
