I went for brunch with a friend yesterday and had the most incredible meal. I had the organic fritter with poached egg and Norwegian smoked salmon. Not only was the presentation of my meal superb but the flavours were incredible. The coffee is always good but I was so pleased to finally be able to sit down and have a meal.
The menu is fantastic and I believe the fritter was the best brunch meal I have ever had. I look forward to coming back and working my way through the menu. Thank you I will be spreading the word about your wonderful food particularly the choices on the paper menu.
Dolcettini's 'Schiacciata' is the most authentic focaccia bread this side of Italy! No one, I repeat, no one makes it like this. If you don't believe me, just try it (and yes, blame me when you can't stop eating it until it's all gone!).
The schiacciata takes me back to the days when the greatest cooks (Italian nonne) baked the most unforgettable focaccia. I don't know who taught you how to bake this, but I can guarantee that it was someone very special!
My only request is...can we get a tomato version as well?!? Pleaaaaaaaaase �! Now that would be taking the schiacciata to a whole new level of brilliance.
