Amazing food and service. Staff were very welcoming and attentive and each dish was well presented.
This was my first experience of bean curd and duck....what an introduction!
Here are the dishes we had the pleasure of sharing.
Sweet and sour pork
Salt and pepper bean curd
Duck
Pork belly
Kai lan
Prawn crackers and rice
Washed down with green tea
Congratulations on a memorable meal.
I would happily recommend Good One BBQ Restaurant to anyone looking for an excellent meal at a reasonable cost.
Thanking you

Roast duck and pork is to die for very friendly attentive staff we love this place!
Excellent authentic Hong Kong style food especially the roast meats. Like most Chinese restaurants its focus is on the food quality rather than the service which is sometimes on the brusque side when they're busy.
Very good food and service. Had a large group on a Tuesday night with a few unexpected turning up. They happily brought out a bigger table and were efficient. Good one!
The food was very delicious and the service was probably the best service i have ever experienced they would attend to our needs with us not even having to ask.
My fave amongst the strip roast meat houses. I regularly return for takeaway combinations or a pile of succulent roast pork to feast on! Consistently great food, speedy and friendly service and awesome value for money.
Categorically one of the best Chinese in Perth for this price range $15-20 for one person to eat. We eat here regularly and always return for the soups and hot chilli oil. The bbq roast pork is to die for. One of our favourites and when we move out of the area we will still make the trek to good one!
I had the roast duck rice for lunch a week ago. I’ve tried two other roast duck places along that street. I would rate it 2nd comparing it to the other two. The one I liked best is next door to the place 😉
Great BBQ and Roast -- Duck and pork. Other food just at average level. Always will return for the BBQ and Roast. I haven't tried the chicken rice in here, would like to come back and try it.
Delicious roast duck and big portions. The fried tofu with chili is amazing. We also had the squid tenticles which are a lot like the ones you get at yum cha. Pretty good pricing as well, a whole table of us paid about $30 each and we ate a lot. My friend had the wonton noodle soup which she orders from every Asian restaurant and she wasn't happy with the broth at this place.
The food is actually pretty good despite its average presentation. The noodles with roast duck and BBQ pork is good. The texture is springy and I enjoyed it. The food is a little on the oily side but still enjoyable.
Fast, friendly, and a blast from the past. The BBQ meats are enticing and the lunch specials are extremely good value. Tables turn over quickly at lunch time so don't be worried about waiting.
One of the best restaurant in Vic Park, probably even in Perth. For Malaysians and Singaporeans, the biggest thing we miss is the flavours and freshness of the food. I can vouch for the quality of the food. Had the Kang Kong belacan, Japanese sizzling tofu, sweet & sour pork and of course the staple special fried rice. It was very nice and I'll keep going back for sure. Highly recommend of you're in town :)
First visit but very impressed with the tasty duck and sambal kai lan. Cost $59 for 2 including Chinese tea.
We were here for a birthday dinner celebration. If you love Hong Kong Cantonese style of dining, and the roast meats like duck, Bbq pork and roast pork, this is the perfect place for it. Very tight on space, no physical distancing possible. Seating capacity is maybe 20 to 25 people? Delicious and genuine Chinese food. We ordered 8 a la carte dishes and one big bowl of soup to share, total bill for dinner was $258. Seven adults and two kids for our table of diners.
