Yum! have just heated a Scottish Shepherd's Lamb Pasty bought from Eveleigh Mkts this morning & it's SO NICE. I love pies but not soggy cardboard pastry, so these puff pastry parcels with trad pie fillings are just perfect.
The Chicken Fricassee looked great too, my son ate it in record time & said it tasted great. Got the 4 for $20 deal so I'm off to put the Thai Chicken in the oven. If you're at the markets don't miss these, they heat up crisp & delicious!
