My partner and I visited on our way home from a weekend away. Omg it was awesome. We had the pork and apple sausage roll, raspberry smoothie, raspberry fizz, raspberry crepe and raspberry sunday. It was very busy while we were there, however we couldn't fault the place. The staff were very friendly and courteous and efficient. They showed an interest in us and I observed staff interacting with tourists to oyr state. It was refreshing to go somewhere where the food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. Well done to the staff at the Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm - keep up the famtastic work guys. We would highly recommend visiting. We will certainly be back.
Went for breakfast yesterday and it was the best breakfast I have ever had. The raspberry pancakes were amazing as well as the raspberry frizz drink I had. Will definitely recommend this place đ
Like the well controlled sweetness, just adding a tint of raspberry flavour but not overwhelming.
Nice place to stop by and enjoy food and beverages with a raspberry twist!
Friendly and attentive staff.
My raspberry latte was extra hot as requested, taste was quite subtle but good. Though personally I think it could have had a slightly stronger raspberry taste; I donât have sugar in my coffee but the sweetness of raspberry would have been a wow factor.
Chocolate torte was good, would have preferred it more heated but overall good quality. Served with strawberries which was disappointing but as it is November they do not have fresh raspberries available yet which is fair enough!
I would have enjoyed frozen raspberries though as I came for the raspberries!
Plenty of take home raspberry goodness available.
Worth visiting overall :)
We had lunch here and thoroughly enjoyed it! We only tried small portions as weâd been doing tastings at other locations all day! The cafe was very busy when we arrived but we were served promptly and with s friendly smile and the wait for food wasnât too long! Make sure you try the chocolate covered raspberries as a free taster on your way out (delicious) and help walk if iff with a stroll around the lake!
The place is cosy and nice to seat and chill. There is a small park at the back where visitors can stroll around and look at alpacas and the raspberry farm. Food was okay, but a little bit over priced. Decided to try out their raspberry latte and raspberry wine. It was good and unique experience.
We went here after it was recommended to us by a friend. So glad we did! The food was amazing and the staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend the sweet potato waffles, and if youâre going to get anything from their shop, the raspberry sauce is delicious!
3.5 star stumbled across this really friendly and child friendly place. They have yummy raspberry chocolate and other samples for people to try. They donât just sell raspberries, they also grow strawberries and blackberries though prices is quite exxy for a farm. Their fresh raspberries for sale doesnât look the best and only have big 1kg punnets no smaller ones.
But sitting down to dine was fairly relaxing esp when itâs 8am in the morning! There werenât many people there and we got raspberry smoothie and waffles for the kids for $12. We did ask for less icecream w both smoothie and waffles so it might be smaller than normal on our pictures. the kids loved it and smashed it all. The waffles looks like something you buy in supermarket, those thin types, but at least itâs hot and the raspberry icecream is delicious and the fresh raspberries looks fresh and lucious on the plate.
There is an outdoor play area for the kids as well.
We stopped here after getting off the Spirit of Tasmania and the waffles were great and served with delicious raspberry ice cream. They have a small gift shop with souvenirs such as jam and chocolate coated raspberries which were a great treat to take back home.
Amazing experience, beautiful setting. I wasnât hungry to begin - was just touristing around. Then I saw the menu - and the pictures convinced me I needed breakfast. Ok Iâm picky about what I eat. I was offered the ability to pick and choose bits I wanted to be put together for me... smoked trout, mushrooms and just the right amount of spinach. Top notch food, with a sugar free raspberry kombucha. Finished by buying a kilo of huge blackberries and a half of luscious raspberries- go, try it for yourself!!
The customer service was nice, polite and so friendly.
Itâs a perfect spot for a family get away, outside the restaurant/cafe you could enjoy the beautiful small lake and other animals!
If you have dogs, they will love the place!
Spacious garden to play outdoor sports with your family.
We ordered:
- Morning Spirit (poached eggs served with grilled tomato, mushrooms, wilted spinach on toasted sour dough drizzled with raspberry hollandaise - regular) for $23.00.
Morning spirit was nicely presented.
The sour dough and tomato were perfectly grilled.
Mushrooms were well cooked and seasoned.
Everything was nicely executed but the poached eggs because they were overcooked.
- Raspberry Pancake (served with home made raspberry ice cream hot raspberry sauce and double cream - small) for $10.50.
The pancake was beautifully presented and nicely cooked.
The ice cream was creamy, delicious and not too sweet.
The texture was smooth and soft.
The portion was decent for a small size.
- Raspberry Creme Horn for $6.00
It was served with 2 large scones.
The texture was soft and smooth.
On the side, there were cream and raspberry jam to dip with the scones.
Again this raspberry farm cafe has proven the outstanding execution to make a fantastic raspberry jam.
Overall, we had so much fun! Great vibe and great food with reasonable price.
Highly recommended đđ»
