The free range Lilydale chicken was butchered, plucked, stuffed cooked over charcoal. It's breast and thighs were juicy, crispy and tender.

Ohhhh traditional chicken thats been over charcoals. A little bit more on the expensive side. But its worth it. Great salads too. Nice chips

This place has to be one of the best chicken places out there, not only do they have freerange fresh chook but pretty nice veg in their packs as well. Its always busy but you get your food pretty quick. Who else stuffs their chicken wich rice rather than a nasty mix or flour and herbs. Its a great change to get some chicken and veg rather than the boring old chips.
My only gripe would be their quality has dropped slightly over the last five years, having said that it seems to be improving again. Ive yet to find a better chicken place.
Giddy up! go get some if your in the neighbourhood.
