The best cafe I've ever been to... beautiful atmosphere... quality tasty food... friendly staff... reasonable prices.... one of the best, if not the best cafe I've ever been to. Will definitely go again.

What a bustling little cafe in the heart of Emerald. The staff were amazing & didn't stop, keeping everyone happy with extra coffee (which was devine) My daughters scrambled eggs were 'the best I've ever had' & my ploughmans platter was the perfect grazing plate with my coffee. Look forward to visiting again.

I always love to come to the Laughing Fox. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I love when I come into a cafe regularly and they know what you want to order. I makes me feel that they actually care about my business. Try the porridge if you get a chance it’s amazing

Definitely one of our favourite spots to go in Emerald. Whether on a rainy day sitting near the windows looking out at Emerald Station Reserve or on a Sunny day sitting outside while families play in the park & the Puffing Billy arrives in the distance with tourists.

With very friendly service, great food that’s always well presented. We go for breakfast (Egg Benedict or the French Toast Canadian Style with Bacon), Lunch (where I particularly like the Nachos chilli con carne or Foxy Beef Burger) or just a coffee & mega size hot chocolate that they have on offer.

A great cafe on a cold and rainy Springtime afternoon. Rachael and the team fed me and my family with wonderful food and drink and it’s always a pleasure to visit the Laughing Fox! 5 stars and highly recommend!!!

We had a late lunch at The Laughing Fox and thoroughly enjoyed the smashed avo with poached eggs and house made sesame & pistachio dukkah and the mushroom soup.  Beautiful presentation and friendly service (despite being close to closing) mean we will most certainly be back!  Note - this cafe is cosy, with cute fox decor and is very family friendly.

Our favourite cafe in the hills (Emerald) bar none. Try their favour porridge too. It’s amazing. They do both the best coffee and crema, and will do a “retro cream” style of the 70s. Food is perfect staff are fast and warm. Can be very busy so get there earlier than you think.

This is my local, a casual cafe which welcomes children.
The staff are always friendly and the coffee is great.
If your looking for trendy innovative food and decor this is probably not for you, however if you want a good value home style meal made with passion I recommend The Laughing Fox.

Great cafe! The food is fresh and delicious! Rachael and the girls are hilarious and always quick with a smile! The coffee is great too! I would, and have, recommend the Laughing Fox to anyone!

The fox is our favourite hills cafe by far. Great service, delicious homemade food and the best coffee. Love the vegetarian zucchini fritters on pumpkin mash and spinach with the awesome relish.

My favourite place to Eat in town. Rachael and the team are always friendly and welcoming and the food is exceptional. I don't drink coffee, but have been told that Jayde's coffee is the best in town. Definitely check it out!
