Pork Roll and mixed rice paper rolls were amazing.. the staff are really friendly and the food is great. Can’t go wrong with this place. Must try !!
SUMMARY - place is a bit far off, definitely for the real foodies who wanna have an adventure, but once you are there it is well worth a try.
FOOD - pork banh mi (vietnamese pork roll). Good bread but the standout was the amount of food inside the bread. Loaded with meat (good crispy pork belly) and plenty of carrots and other vegetables, along with chilli, this roll will definitely pack a punch.
PRICE - $10. Pricey for a pork roll, which kinda let me down - although having said that the roll was massive.
SETTING - small area for eat in, but a very genuine vietnamese restaurant setting in the heart of a trendy neighbourhood.
All your fave Vietnamese dishes are here! Rice paper rolls, pho, vermicelli bowls and pork rolls. There aren't a great deal of seats, as I think this outlet is more of a takeaway place. The food is fresh and light. Great option if you want to pick up some great Vietnamese food.
I had a fantastic pork banh mi at Great Aunty Three last week and fell in love with this cute little corner store. I need to go back here for noodles and pho because what they did with the roll was delish, that crackling was delish and whatever the OMG sauce is I needs it again. Such a welcoming venue with a bunch of nice ladies all making food. When I asked for mild chilli I think they all laughed at me while they stuffed a million chillies on the roll haha.
And the venue itself, while small, is very cool. Can't wait to eat here again :).

The service is friendly and proactive. Whilst everyone stares at the menu sign, the cashier comes over and hands everyone the menu so it clears the crowd at the door and so that everyone can decide faster.
It was buzzing with people when I walked in and decided I wanted to get takeaway. There was a selection of delicious looking and smelling food like noodle soups, rice paper rolls, pho, and salads. I ultimately decided to get Meat Rice Papers (goi cuon which included Roast Pork, Chick, and Roast Duck) and Steam Buns (chat shao buns which were soft fluffy hot buns filled with soybean vegetables and wheat). The rice paper rolls were slightly smaller than the norm however the quality and flavour of them were excellent. All of them had the usual vermicelli and herb fillings but each variant was tasty in its own way. The roast pork had a slice of apple which gave it crisp and freshness. The chick had sweet chilli sauce to add some moistness to the chicken. The roast duck had hoi sin sauce to add sweetness to it as well as cucumber for crunch. The accompanying satay hoi sin sauce was tasty too. The bun was hot and tasted meaty like a char siu bao but was vegetarian. Overall I can see why it looked popular with locals and visitors alike.
I love this place. They do really good banh mi with an abundance of fresh veggies. Love the pho too. One of my favourites without the need to drive for miles on end. Service is top notch here too.

The tasty beef pho with fresh flavours was a perfect quick lunch for me. Enjoyed sitting out on the pavement on the little stools as in Vietnam! Very well priced as well.
Omg yum! Everything I ordered tasted amazing and flavoursome. The atmosphere is very relaxed with cute low line tables and chairs outside on the street. The location has lots of food traffic and parking was very easy on the side street. I highly recommend the chicken banh mi and the lemongrass pork noodle salad!
Not your typical, traditional-style vietnamese; more with a slightly modernised twist. It's a little on the pricey side compared to your average hole-in-the-wall joint where you'd pick up a banh mi for less than $5, but the quality ingredients help to justify the price. The rice paper rolls were a little lacklustre and the vietnamese coffee was "meh", but the banh mi was worth coming back for.
Fantastic gourmet Vietnamese food! I love the banh mi here and the pho is delicious! The service is friendly and quick. I will definitely be back.
Great Aunty Three is a tiny corner shop on the main strip of Enmore Road, I almost missed it! They do have very limited seating as I assume this is more of a takeaway store. Friends recommended this place and I think it lives up to its expectation. Nice crunchy bread roll with fresh pickled vegetables and coriander. I got the honey soy chicken roll and the Enmore Special which is pulled pork with pork crackling. Both were very flavoursome although the pulled pork one got a bit dry. These are a bit more pricey than other standard pork roll stores - these were $7-9 instead of the standard $4-$4.50. But I would definitely go back and try other rolls on the menu! They have quite a large variety of other Vietnamese rolls and fresh iced drinks (they had a coconut and lime drink which I didn't get to try, so definitely going back to try it).
The husband and I really enjoy the food and the service. The authentic smell of beef pho wafting around that area always draws us in. Wish they had adult-sized tables outside though.

The beef pho was soo good and only $8. The lemongrass grilled pork noodles was so refreshing and tasty and only $8. The coconut and lime fruit shake was heavenly.

Last weekend, for some reason, I felt like having something soup-y and I remembered this small-but-great place serving Vietnamese street food. Great Aunty Three is located along Enmore Road and it's hard to miss it as you can see those tiny red seats out front.
As you enter, you can see their menu written on the blackboard offering those Vietnamese classic such as Bahn Mi (Vietnamese Bread Roll), Pho Noodle Soup, Vermicelli Sallad and Goi Cuon (Rice Paper Roll).
It is a small shop with around 4 tables inside and 2 tables outside. Customers were queueing and squeezing themselves on a single line along the banh mi section to place their orders. The menu is written with a chalk on a blackboard. The service was very friendly but a bit rush as there were lots of hungry customers waiting behind.
Great Aunty Three is located along enmore Road and it is right across the road from Enmore theatre. Kind of hard to miss if that’s the basic instructions on how to get there. When I visited, there super tiny seats out front and a red scooter. Inside, there is a sort of lounge set you can sit at but at a glance and quick tally, thisplace might be able to sit 20 max? Its not a sit down to eat sort of place though, what with their menu. The shop is newly fitted out and has a somewhat “we’re trying” look that’s not quite a 100% there yet but what is here is appealing. The sriracha and various other sauces sit proudly on the counter end (one had a $4.50 price tag and I wanted to buy one; alas not for sale). There s a coffee machine, a water container to the side flavoured with lemon. I think the basket of bread could possibly be moved away to reduce the sense of clutter. Finally got to give this popular Vietnamese joint a go! I had heard so many good things and I tried several times, but unfortunately I was always late (they close after lunch). The place was packed (it is tiny) and there were people waiting in queue to order (mostly take-away) but people come and go so we could get seats. As per usual, all the fresh ingredients are right there, ready for easy assembly of the meals (particularly the very popular banh mi). The menu is short and sweet and contains the magic words “gluten free”. I’d heard and read many great things about this place. I wanted to try a bit of everything so I ordered roast duck rice paper rolls to start our meal. They were nice but I wasn’t extremely impressed. Great value for great rolls. These aren't the cheap Banh mi you get in Marrickville or Mascot because they are such good quality. It's the shredded pork belly rolls that I crave and I certainly recommend them - for $6 or $7 a pop they're well worth it.

My little secret!. This has now become my favourite Vietnamese place! The owner's are very warm and sweet and you can tell they are genuinely passionate and love what they do and seem to know the names of all their regulars!
Been a fan since they first opened and I must say their menu has developed quite substantially for such a tiny space. Food is always fresh and prepared in front of you, kudos! Salad noodles are now my fave and the pho is delicious! Though it does get very busy, but it's worth the wait.
Best Banh Mi. I visited Geat Aunty3 in Enmore today for the first time. I had the best Banh Mi I have ever tasted -quality ingredients and authentic Vietnamese style. I've been a fan of Vietnamese food since I worked in Cabramatta from 1978 - 1984 and I have had Banh Mi in Cabramatta, Marrickville, Bankstown, CBD, Gladesville and Vietnam. We shared the twoPork styles on offer and loved both of them.
The service was very good. Will be going back regularly.
Great Banh Mi, with a kick...!. Excellent... very good / helpful service and great value Vietnamese food offering choices such as Pho, Banh Mi, and rice paper rolls with varying fillings etc - in all there seems to be a consistent good vibe here.
Thoroughly enjoyed the Banh Mi with caramelised slow cooked pork (in coconut juice), stuffed with loads of fresh vegies such as carrots, sliced cucumber, daikon, loads of coriander, pepitas, and more on a wholemeal roll... finished off with some excellent house made hot chilli sauce. Super tasty!!!
Food tastes great. Service is a bit slow. And when the order is ready it has trouble to locate the customer.
Fresh but slow service. Duck rice paper roll was fresh although didn't have a lot of roast duck in it - more like a slice of skin. Service was slow and was a bit chaotic behind the counter. I'd hate to see them when they get busy. Having to order and pay counter at the back of the shop is not very smart with customers waiting for their orders in the corridor blocking the way.
Having said the above I would try them again for their bahn mi and pho

Great addition to Enmore Road. Delicious, fresh and interesting food. The owners are helpful and lovely people. The rice paper rolls are always fresh (made regularly throughout the day) and flavoursome.

Great Aunty Three, where have you been all my life? I had a Banh Mi with mock chicken, served on a wholemeal roll and bursting with fresh carrot, pickled daikon, coriander, pepitas and more. The house-made hot sauce gave it one hell of a kick (so much that my ears popped - is that normal?). There are three vegetarian Bahn Mi options, along with some vegetarian rice paper rolls and steamed buns. I also had a Vietnamese iced coffee which was smooth and delicious. Instant favourite. Will be back.
My new favourite eatery in Enmore! Great food. Simple and tasty. Lovely staff and owner. Only problem is they are a little slow on busy days.

The ricepaper rolls were all very good to eat and the dipping sauce was sweet/savoury with a nice kick. $6.80 for 3? A bargain.
The Banh Mi had sriricha in it, was flavoursome, drippy and moreis on a good bread roll. Their version of the roll had sunflower seeds which gave it an interesting crunch when you got to it.
These guys have been open a month and I’ve heard that they do PHO on the weekend. Well, they just told me that Pho is now on the menu so they’re selling it if you want it. Great new addition to enmore/newtown. I’ll be back. The food’s good.
Delicious rolls. Went here for the first time for lunch on Sunday and got a caramelized pork roll and fresh juice combo for $10. The roll was one of the best I've ever had- soft, fresh bread, tender pork, generous serving of salad (I think it was watercress?), delicious sauce, pumpkin seeds... I also had a duck rice paper roll which was perfect. The juice was a kind of icy slushie thing, very nice and refreshing and good value with the combo deal.
The outdoor seating is tiny kids size, I sat on crates which were nice on a sunny day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to return here and try other menu items.
OMG Flavour Country !! Best Pho ever, finally somewhere that has the edge and delivers the flavour I've been searching for. The caramelised pork roll is amazing, I love the different take they have taken with this signature roll!!! Highly recommended, I will definitely be making this place my regular.
I'm tipping this new family run Vietnamese eatery opposite the Enmore Theatre will quickly become popular. It's homely feel is very inviting and the meals are a bargain. A bowl of home made pho in cardomom spiced broth is a steal at $8 and invigorating too. It comes in a foam bowl but I don't mind. The seating is a bit tricky, you're almost squatting.
Me and my friend decided to try this place out for a Sunday lunch, and the moment we stepped in we felt good straight away. Its not your average Vietnamese roll shop! The owners are very friendly, their caramelised pork belly roll is TO DIE FOR, and you can get a roll and fruit smoothie for $10 which is great value. We'd come here again!

I tried the Traditional Beef Pho, Tiger Prawn Banh Mi, Roast Pork & Crackle Noodles, Viet Iced Coffee and the Coconut Mango & Mint Frappe. My favourite dish would have to be the Pho, the broth was super flavourful, the beef was perfectly cooked and the noodles were so chewy, just how I like them 😍 My family and I really enjoyed the flavour combinations of the Roast Pork & Crackle Noodles and loved how refreshing the Viet Iced Coffee and Coconut Mango & Mint Frappe were.
I will definitely be coming back to have my favourite Pho again and to try out some more of the other dishes :)

You know a happy chef is cooking your food for sure. Pho broth tasted flavourful but a little too sweet for me. Wouldn't recommend their fried items, the rolls I ordered was drenched in oil. The place felt cramped so takeaway might be a better choice.
We ordered take away Bahn Mi, the lemongrass chicken, and pork. They were some of the best Bahn Mi I have ever had. The pork with the crispy crackle was next level. The addition of thinly sliced Granny Smith apple was a nice surprise.
Certainly one of the best Bánh Mí I've eaten in Sydney. Recommend the crackling roast pork roll. Friendly and fast service.
I love this place! they have the best pho is Sydney. Not only do they serve traditional pho they also have other really tasty things on the menu like beef noodle salad and rice paper rolls. The staff are super friendly and always welcoming. I would highly recommend eating here
The best pork crackling banh mi I've had yet, better than Marrickville Pork Roll. I personally prefer their softer, wholegrain roll as well though it did soften a fair bit at the end with the fillings.
At $10 it's one of the more expensive ones as well, but definitely worth it, and I'll be back to try out some of their other dishes.
