Value, hospitality and quick! This place is run by an Indian family (they may have relatives hanging around if you come late). Food is full of flavors and wallet friendly. Not a bad place if you want some Indian food after work or study. Interior is on the “simple” side. Xihuahua 🐶 hates Indian food so no way she is coming here🤔
If you’re looking for a meal that’s pocket friendly and yum at the same time this is the place. Prices are very reasonable and this does not affect the quality of food at all! Ordered Tandoori chicken which was so succulent and tender and the Chole Bhature was great!
Chole bhature would be one of the best things available at Hothi's and a must try ; taste better with the raita served along.
Samosas are good too
Indian food is my go to comfort food. Got take away here twice and it has always been good (and CHEAP!). Many standard vegetarian options, rice is fluffy and curries are flavourful. Love their paneer in spinach curry sauce, I used to hate paneer but this place has converted me. Their naan breads are crispy and warm all the time. Very friendly service and always filled with people around dinner time. A local gem :)
Its a perfect place if you are missing home food...Great taste, great people, non oily food and good options. I specially like the freshness of food here - Samosas are a die for!! And I forgot to mention that its not heavy on pocket.

Very fresh and delicious food, good range of dishes. Very friendly and respectful staff. I visited this restaurant/ take away from last few years and consistently great food.
I would highly recommend this place.
Been coming here for over 10 years now and can safely say it's my favourite Indian takeaway spot. Prices are cheap and the vegetarian curries are delicious. Management are always friendly and are always willing to make fresh garlic naan for us instead of serving it from under the hot glass. Friendly service and consistently delicious and cheap food! Woohoo!
A place for cheap dinner full stop. Have been coming here for a while and will continue to come. Food is actually pretty good for the dinner price. Would always recommend it for a cheap take away meal.
Great price and some good curries.. Price is cheap for combinations; think three curries of your choice, a plain naan and rice for under $10. Meat curries were not always flavourful, but the vegetarian and paneer curries were deliciously spiced.
Restaurant interior very basic, curries are chosen from a heated counter and water and cutlery are self service, but the price makes up for it.
Opening times should be checked before going.
Consistent. Friendly. Delicious. Our favourite takeaway.
Great quality, value for money establishment that serves curries on rice. The food tastes very light probably because they don't use harmful oils. The range and the instant serving from baymeries is convenient. The customer service is very friendly and responsive. Last but not least, the range and the taste is to my liking. I enjoy the style of butter chicken available. There are obviously better options for dine-in experiences, but for takeaway I recommend. One of my faves.

Hi
I just visited there after a period of 25 years!
The owner was very pleasant and we chatted about the neighbourhood and the changes in the area.
The food 🥘 is really good, very good quality for an Indian take away!
So.. 25 years with a tradition of being delicious!
Well done!
Extremely delicious meals. It would be great if they were open for lunch with the lack of take away in Epping. I will sometimes grab a quick bite before heading off to the train station. I noticed that all the customers tend to be regulars so they must be doing something right. I find it hilarious that the person who wrote the one star review is complaining about being served Indian food on a stainless thali plate - that’s the standard dishware for curry meals at most Indian or Malaysian restaurants! What will they complain about next - being served chop sticks at an Asian restaurant?
Truly, value for money! If you don't care about the ambience, and are starving for some Indian food - go to Hothi's for a quick 'thali' with a good selection of veg and non veg curries.
