Esperance Bakery - Redz Pies

Redz Pies - Esperance Bakery, Steak and Mushroom. No prices on anything and I bought bread so who knows. Probably $4.50. BYO'd sauce. A shop called Redz Pies instills great expectation. TLDR it was a standard good bakery pie. It did however fill the brief. From the first bite I could taste mushroom and tasty tender steak. Gravy was a little underwhelming but for ~$4.50 not bad. Bought it at 10:30am pastry was a little doughy and separated as seen in photos. Some bits were cooked more than others. Those were decent. If I came later it may have had time to cook. But from the stream of cars that pulled up and pulled in after I, I doubt there would be any left .
