I was lucky enough to find The Bake House to fulfill my craving for a curry pie and a jam and cream donut after returning to Australia. Absolutely delicious. Delicious whole Apple Strudel . Basically a Takeaway Café , but there is seating & tables on the footpath. Can definitely recommend a visit.

Took my kids here for a snack. Very busy with a lot of customers. Bought apple strudel and custard tart. Strudel good and tart was ok. Prices were ok. Forgot to take a photo before the kids demolished theirs hence only half a strudel left. :)

Great little town in the Main Street is this wonderful bakery with the BEST PIES ever. The pastry was soft and flaky I had the beef curry it was delicious just the right heat. I'm a bit of a pie connoisseur and unfortunately this bakery did not deliver. I tried the curry and the plain pies and both were underwhelming. The curry was packed with potatoes and some other things (maybe sultanas?) that you wouldn't expect to have in a pie. The plain just didn't taste that flash

Good that they have eco cups, but better would be if they had eco lids as well (and a recycle bin for them). My coffee was good with a great apple turnover. Wife's muffin was "OK" 🤷
