I dined in and enjoyed a nice variety of dishes. staff were attentive and friendly. The place lacks atmosphere and is quite cold in design/outdated.
If traditional good indian food is what you are looking for - this place does it.

We chose to remain in the bar for dinner after enjoying some super cold beers.Service was attentive and very pleasant.Enjoyed the $35 banquet which was perfect and generous. We were unable to eat it all!Would highly recommend Everest for beautiful quality Indian food and the relaxed pleasant atmosphere
Fish Masala and beef vindaloo were toothsome & the garlic naan.... so good! The service was very attentive, the owner even had a chat with us.

I'm a regular and always enjoy the atmosphere, the friendly staff and the food. However, Everest have recently hired new cook ! direct from India and the food is now even better. The menu doesn't seem to have changed much ... (yet) but the new cook has definitely made improvements. The Lamb Palak was better than ever and the Kulfi was brilliant. Well done Everest.
Very good authentic Indian food. Eat in or order take away and have a beer in the corner bar while you wait. I take all my English friends here and they love it. The Indian Cricket team eat here, so they must be doing something right!
The food was tasty, fresh, and fairly priced. I didn't get that heavy feeling after eating it as I get with a lot of Indian food. The wine and beer was also v good quality. Overall wonderful experience and we will be back.
even though i live in india but i visit melbourne every year. it has become my tradition to eat at this place since last 5 years because their quality and freshness of food has always impressed me. the food here is very tasty

Delicious food! We regularly order takeaway from Everest as it always hits the spot! We dined in tonight and it was lovely! Best Indian in the north!

We were on the hunt for Indian food one night, after recently moving into the area. We’d walked past Everest a few times, and decided to give it a shot! Whilst the decor may be modest, the food is honest, well priced and delicious. It’s so good to have a decent casual Indian place nearby with friendly owners and great freshly cooked food! We’ll definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu.

One of the best Indian restaurants around. The service is spectacular, they manage to make you feel like an honored guest. The food is some of the best I have had and Indian cuisine is my favorite. The last two times I have ordered the beef vindaloo, it is exquisite and goes well with a Kingfisher beer or a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. During dinner you can have a friendly conversation with the owner while the staff discreetly clear and keep you topped up. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Enjoy!

Very delicious food! We had the classic chicken tikka masala and butter chicken! They were absolutely one of the best we ever tried!

Love this place for fresh, tasty, quick and good value takeaway. Enjoyed all the dishes, and usually I’m not a big fan of Indian food! Particularly enjoyed the saag paneer and chicken biriyani. Lovely family run restaurant, would recommend!
Eaten here a few times now and everything I’ve tried is amazingly delicious. Butter chicken is worth a special mention as well as the naan which is the best I’ve ever had!
