Definitely improving... Hop.... Definitely improving...
Hopefully they can hold down a decent chef for a while and the Findon may one day be a good local pub.
Reduce the menu & concentrate on doing a few things well instead of 100 items average to poor.
Wine list is atrocious! Come on, not everyone wants to drink $5 vinegar. A few drinkable options requires ASAP!
