Wonderful, fresh food and friendly, warm staff. Being Coeliac, I often am faced with boring choices in cafes - not here. Amazing gluten free bread, rare roast beef, home made pickles! The best lunch I have had in a cafe in a long time! Gibsons is a great lunch place in Fish Creek.

Delicious lunch at Gibsons today. The asparagus and smoked salmon quiche was delightful, enhanced by the fresh salad served with it. A hidden gem on our travels. Thank you to the great staff for a memorable meal.
