This is an amazing, hidden gem. From the moment you step off the tram your experience of Absinthia begins. After walking down the dark street and finding a mysteries glowing, green, brick and plastic building, you must ring the door bell to enter. A well dress man appears from behind the door and welcomes you inside. The interior of this building is like something from a dream; peculiar paintings on the walls, green flowers hanging from the ceiling, very moody lighting. You're shown the correct way to drink Absinthe and the bartender, when it comes to the spirit, is probably the most knowledgeable man I've met. His detailed descriptions about each individual Absinthe are as absorbing as they are entertaining. I had never had Absinth before, and although I don't overly enjoy the taste, I will certainly be back!

Absolutely stunning, one of a kind bar with an incredible range of absinthe. Shout out to Paddy who made our visit that much better with his friendly banter and impressive knowledge on the drinks being served. Couldn't have asked for a better night out. Try the smooth selection of absinthe, especially the Grove.
