This was the freshest sushi I’ve had in a long time. The sashimi melted in my mouth, the cuts of fish were perfect, the bite-sized sushi rolls were packed with flavour. They’ve got heaps of variety on their menu so you’re bound to find something you like. Customisation is also available for events.

Beautiful sushi and sashimi fr Hinoki. Placed my order online and it was efficient and very affordable. Satisfied with the quality of food here and the grocery store stocks a massive selection of Japanese food which is cheap! Would definitely recommend this place.

Best place to get your Japanese supplies. Love their kitchenware and their Japanese drinks selection. Got a hibachi there and it’s the best thing ever.

Hinoki Pantry is absolutely superb, they have a great range of Japanese products good service and most importantly amazing food. I cant recommend this place enough, I've been all over for sushi and I think this is hands down the best in Melbourne!
