Have been a customer of William's family for over 22 years. Love the service and the food particularly the spicy calamari and lime beef.

My friends and I got s home delivery here on the weekend. They have been ordering t/a from here for some time and it’s not hard to tell why.
The food was delicious, admittedly I haven’t had Chinese in a very very long time lol
We had a range of dishes including the old fav’s such as sweet n sour pork, a Sichuan chicken, a beef n black bean, and a pho which was an odd combo.
No photos but this place is worth a visit or t/a of your in the area.
First of all the host / owner is a deadset legend. "Welcome home my friend" he shouted as I walked in for the first time. From that point on he couldn't have served me his shoe and I would have still given a good review but luckily he didn't do that. Instead, he gave me the best Mongolian beef I've ever laid eyes on. The shanghai chicken was also a standout but everything's good here. He even gave me a beer while I waited for my takeaway.

Best Asian food in the west!
Ever since I moved to Sydney 5 years ago I've been looking for a decent honey chicken, I've tried many places some which have been quite good. However Simply the Best takes the title! By far the nicest I've had in Sydney.
The customer service is amazing also, very friendly staff and at a decent price. I would highly recommend!!
Welcome home!. The place needs a clean out, but William the host is very welcoming and his wife Jenny's food is delicious, particularly the Vietnamese Chicken curry on the bone, the rice paper rolls, the gao gee and Grandma's beef.
Absolutely fantastic. We were after a local Chinese where we could eat in but have a nice inexpensive dinner, found them in Google and based on the good reviews decided exploring it.
The food was fantastic and the service very good, it is not a fancy restaurant but they make you feel at home, I will definitively will eat there again, many times.

I just don't want to let the secret out.... It's fantastic and everything people write about William is true. Food is off the hook good! I'm not saying its true Chinese but for great Asian to Aussie palettes this place is an absolute winner of fresh flavours and quality.
Melt in the mouth spicy calamari, zesty lemongrass chicken and rich flavoursome Szechuan beef. Don't forget to order the homemade lemon soda. The hot and sour soup is delicious too.
Decor won't win any prizes but the reason you come here is for the food and the matching service. Winner and made sure you bring a group of friends and let William recommend the dishes.

Welcome welcome!. If you ever step in that door, you might be a bit skeptical by the tragic decor and the drawings of the owner William in a body building pose on the front door BUT it's all part of William's dining experience for you. The food is amazing and the host is a gentleman who will greet you with a friendly "welcome, welcome!". Try to go through the chef's specials, because they are the best dishes William has in store for you, but every dish I've gotten there has been excellent. Bit more pricier than just one $, but worth the treat.
