OMG yum!! Worth the drive from Melbourne just to grab a pie, sausage roll and some bread. Set in a lovely quaint town and lots to explore in the area, definitely pay this place a visit.

An amazing all-things-sourdough bakery tucked away in a little shed at Flinders.
This sourdough berry and almond cream pastry was light and flakey and so dam tasty. Combined with the locally roasted coffee; this was my perfect breakfast.
P.s. I couldn’t resist and bought myself a loaf of fig and apricot sourdough and loved it too!

We had excellent double shot lattes. The 10 year old sour dough yeast is the origin of their great range of sour dough beads. We really enjoyed the olive sour dough bread. Beach buns delicious

Excellent sourdough bread, a small and suitably rustic and wholesome bakery/shop. We got the whole meal and fruit loaf sourdough. Also a few strips of their licorice. A must see/do if visiting Flinders.

A cue to a bakery is usually a good indicator for me, and whilst waiting in line I was sussing out what everyone in the nice sitting area were eating. Based on what I saw I couldn’t make up my mind as all the food looked great!! I went for a sausage roll (classic me) and was NOT disappointed. The moisture content as well as flavour to texture ratio was off its nut and there was also minimal oil that I associate with bad ones. The pastry was perfect and overall I left definitely knowing I’ll be back.
