Review Viet Kitchen - Footscray

Alixandra Sampson
Absolutely delicious vermicelli noodle bowl! Pork & spring rolls were incredible, flavour was amazing. Will be getting again- thank you!
Louise Vysma
Superbly tasty, authentic food!! Service was quick, the staff were friendly and the place has a nice ambiance. (Not the typical white fluoro lighting like some places) Dishes were a good size and priced well. We went in a Tuesday night and they were busy so best to book. I’ll be craving their rare beef pho within a week for sure. A great find.

Very disappointed to see what was in front of me. After a long day of being sick, we just wanted a heartily bowl of congee and we received a bowl of disappointment and despair. The consistency and flavour was just not there. They showed zero effort in making this dish and some other dishes. But let’s talk about this congee. If I was a chef I would not let this leave the kitchen at all, period. It looked like a scoop of rice was thrown in, with garnishes of green onions and poured in some fatty hot broth on top. Also to top it off, we got some scissorly cut slice of who knows what ham this is. I am baffled with the level of decency received.

I hadn't tried this place til last night, I ordered the lemongrass chilli beef stir-fry and it was absolutely incredible. jam packed with spice and flavour, and ridiculously cheap as well. I will definitely be coming in to dine one day

Sitting in between Sapa Sister and Sapa Hills on Hopkins St, Footscray, is this authentic Vietnamese restaurant. We walked in to see the owners all sitting down having lunch at the table, and they quickly got up to happily seat us. I thought this was kinda cute. After looking through the menu we saw massive similarities to those next door restaurants, thinking maybe they were all owned by the same people? It was a cold, windy day so we opted for the soup. It was MASSIVE, and full of flavour, there was no way I could finish it. A really nice, fresh, local lunch. The fit out is not modern or fancy at all, very casual.

Love the food here they are so tasty, fresh and authentic. Service is always friendly and attentive too. Feel so welcomed whenever we dine in here. Must try dishes: Vietnamese coleslaw (with choice of prawn, chicken, beef or pork). My all time favourite is the rare beef salad. Must also try the beef in vine leaf, shaking diced beef.

A lovely restaurant with genuine Vietnamese food. We loved the food. Very generous sized meals and their tea served with our meals was just right. The staff were lovely and the toilets were clean - a little walk to the back of the restaurant for the dunny. Overall highly recommend trying the food here. Great experience.

Twice now that I have ordered takeaway and was disappointed by my meals (veg fried rice, sweet and sour fish fillet and bbq pork black bean sauce). There are gluten free options on the menu.
Christopher van der Craats
I love Vietnamese food and this place uses the freshest ingredients and cooks it perfectly, whether it be simple rolls, a pho or something for a special meal with friends and family. This is a small, friendly place. Many customers are regulars, as I am.
Marina Clark
I love this place. Excellent service, friendly staff, awesome food. I aim to try a different dish each visit but always gravitate toward my favourites. Salt pepper squid, lemongrass chilli beef and the fried rice. Very tasty food at reasonable prices. My go to joint when I'm hanging for Vietnamese A++++

I've been coming here for a very long time my favorite dish is the chicken lemongrass and chilli with rice & veggies, friendly staff, great fresh food and cooked to perfection :) I've never been disappointed :))

I live a few streets away and I've decided that this place is my new local. Food, service and price was fantastic. Veg dumplings are spot on.

The spices and flavours knocked me off my chair and the sizzling crocodile was bitchin'.

We've become regulars here now, love this place! Great food and great staff.

We dined at this top Vietnamese restaurant in Footscray to celebrate the release of Fr Thaddeus Ly to 5 years of home detention at his home in Hue, Vietnam Thanks to the Maitre D - Richard - this restaurant is getting better, lovely soft Vietnamese music to set the tone for your dining experience. Well done.
Beatrice Dierickx
Great service and food, will definitely be a regular
Kathy Prendergast Hooper
excellent really friendly service and terrific food, try it !

Cannot find a fault, food Service just the best, no better in Melbourne.

Love the crispy fried noodles, fried rice and claypot.

One of our favourite Vietnamese restaurants in Footscray. We really like the banh hoi (chewy vermicelli noodle) with grilled pork. The bahn xeo or Vietnamese pancake is really good too. The portion is massive and price is affordable. Definitely recommend this place.
Delicious
Have been going here for ages but tonight was a real lacklustre experience - staff (though lovely) seemed completely overwhelmed (we had to ask for water and glasses four times), fish dish had maybe 4 pieces of fish that tasted frozen and then they tried to charge $35 for the same dish that was on the menu for $16.80. Check your bill and Viet Kitchen, check yourself - you used to be great.
Dom87
Unexpectedly delicious, unassuming little restaurant. The betel leaf beef (beef vine leaves) and hot and sour soup were delicious. Very well priced and lots of interesting menu items. Service was also attentive and friendly. Will be back.

Viet Kitchen serves authentic Vietnamese dishes. The food was so fresh and delish. Must try their spring rolls.
Good value for money and great service. Such an amazing staff
Prof. Pinky@LunchLab
My score 4.0 stars. J and I had dinner here with a couple of old friends on Sun 13th Oct.

Entrées: Hot and sour veggie soup (about $5) – Only dish not shared, was liked by orderer. The rest of us tasted it and thought it was ok, but maybe too many chunky veg?

Prawn spring rolls (about $9 for 8) – Were nice, but not outstanding. Came with nice herbs, ok sweet chilli sauce – the lettuce cups were useless after the top 2 (couldn't prise them apart).

Beef in betel leaves (about $9 for 7?) – Ditto lettuce & sauce as spring rolls. Came with vermicelli, herbs, carrot, cabbage. J didn't try them but everyone else loved them!

Pan fried Pork dumplings (about $9 for 6) – Nice salady accompaniments, GREAT dipping sauce (pre-made soy chilli vinegar). Most thought they were ok, but I liked them even more (maybe cause they were a meaty treat for me).

Pan fried Prawn dumplings (about $9 for 6) – Similar accompaniments to pork, but everyone really loved these!

Mains: Seafood fried rice (about $13) - Yummy charry egg. Very good, J liked it especially.

Calamari and veg w lemongrass and chilli (about $19) – More exotic than just L & C (had extra flavours). Moderately spicy, very tasty calmari. A crowd pleaser.

Fish fillets w ginger and shallots (about $18) – Came on a seriously sizzling plate! Very nice, enjoyed by all.

Service was really good, interior/setting was fine. Total bill for a lot of food (for 4) was about $90. Less busy and noisy than Sapa Hills (so better for conversation) – worth a re-visit...

Ive been here too many times to count. It is an experience I will keep coming back to. My favourite dishes are the dry wonton and pork/ chicken soup and the crispy skin chicken udon noodle soup. ( I love soup, can you tell? ). They have the best clear soup base I have ever had.
FoodyBoy
The food was great , value for money and the service was very good. They were pretty quick as well and accommodated my request for extra sauces and spices which made the dish super nice and spicy on a cold winter night. The Vietnamese ice coffee was really nice too. Will visit again for sure and recommend it for a fresh Vietnamese meal. #valueformoney #spicygood

Amazing food and amazing service.
Definitely recommend.
Katie Langley
I eat here regularly. It is one of the few places that doesn't skimp on the vegetables which are fresh and delicious. The food overall is very good value for money with big portion sizes and fantastic flavours. There are also plenty of GF, vegan, vegetarian and dairy free options. The staff are also very lovely.

An underrated place that needs more love!
A friend took me here for the banh xeo (vietnamese savoury pancake) a while back and decided to come back and try other dishes. We love a local restaurant as the food always seems more authentic.

Food:
Com Tam - This special broken rice dish is one of my all time favourite and viet kitchen has definitely hit the spot as a redemption of a mishap i've had at another place nearby a few days before. Was able to fulfil my fix on some GOOD com tam. The grilled pork was so tender and flavourful. I loved the whole plate

Rice Vermicelli with Grilled Pork and Spring rolls: Another hit! Dish was so flavourful and delicious. The spring rolls were definitely cooked to order and the pork was tender. This dish is something you must try if you're ever visiting this place (:

Farm chicken coleslaw: PACKED with flavour, chicken was delicious and the salad definitely mixes well!!

Service: The service was the same and how you'd get from most local restaurants.

Overall, this place definitely do big portions for an affordable price. A place I would go to just to get a fix of some good vietnamese food
Louise
This is probably one of the most underrated places in Footscray/Melbourne. They never disappoint! The best pho I’ve ever tasted and last night I tried their soft shell crab soup for a change. One word - AMAZING! Even my husband who doesn’t like trying new dishes was impressed. A big bowl of soup and a soft shell crab all for $15!! You can never go wrong.
Yew Aik Tan
The bun vermicelli with grilled pork today was unsatisfactory. It should use the freshest of ingredients. Instead there was leftover stirfry bbq pork and veg. Hopefully better next time, please.
Simmyeats.Melb
It was purely by chance that I ended up here as I wanted to go the restaurant next door but they were closed for the Christmas period. I am certainly glad that I ended up here!

The restaurant was buzzing, the restaurant packed with happy dinners and I can see why. Staff are very friendly and polite, the restaurant clean and the menu and pricing great!

My vermicelli with vine leaf wrapped beef was so different, I have never seen this or had this at any Vietnamese restaurant. I loved it, the beef so tender and tasty it was a delight with the dish all round. Additional chillies to give it that extra kick, omg so good.

My Vietnamese iced coffee was yum, I highly recommend Viet Kitchen.
Lizzie Eats Melbourne
😱Lizzie’s first impression: Its next to Sapa hill and sister which are just as popular so it just depends which stores have seats. Staff are very accommodating.

🍩Lizzie enjoyed: the stand out dish would be the vermicelli spring roll salad - it was fresh and had everything I needed in a Viet salad bowl. Think lemongrass beef and crispy spring rolls. The banh canh cua was also tasty - with a deep fried soft shell crab on the side! The bun bo hue was also another winner here.

🍅Lizzie did not enjoy: The hu thieu mi with wontons was a let down as they only had egg noodles and didn’t have my favourite glass noodle egg noodle combo.

🥇Lizzie rates overall: very yummy dishes at a very affordable price - really doesn’t get better than this!
Eat. Sleep. Create. Repeat.
Site between 2 popular resturant. Fresh ingredient, friendly staff. Environment calmer then the busy resturant next door. Great for a more relaxed dinner.
Marcella Acone
Cosy establishment with good quick service. Good size portions, it’s clear that fresh ingredients are used and prices are great. Nice place for a mid week meal.
Vegetarian Food Lover
We ordered vegetarian fried rice and salt & pepper tofu. The fried rice serving was generous with lots of ingredients. The silken tofu was delicious but I couldn’t taste the salt & pepper. Both dishes tasted good but it was a bit bland & needed salt.

Stumbled in after late night dinner, craving their classic Banana Fritter

Located in the heart of Footscray, their $6 Banana Fritter satisified our late night sweet craving. I loved the inclusion of nuts that added the crunchy texture to the slurpy icecream!!
On the other hand, their fried icecream left more to be desired - could've been crispier so we definitely didn't think that dish was worth our coin.
Their on the house tea was fragrant and very delicious!!

Service was friendly, but with the abundance of Vietnamese restaurants in Footscray I don't know how they'll stand out.
Charlotte
Best Vietnamese food I had so far in Melbourne! The giant pancake and viet salad is a must. The avocado smoothie tastes different lately, not that strong in taste. The new waiters look a bit confused, serving wrong food. But will come back for sure!
David
After seeing that it was packed on a Wednesday night, I decided to give Viet Soup Kitchen a try. Like your typical traditional Vietnamese restaurant, Viet Soup Kitchen's menu revolves around the classics of rice vermicelli dishes, rice dishes and bowls of soupy noodles.

First off, the staff here are full of smiles and are very friendly and helpful. On our visit, service was quite slow because of how busy it was, but they did apologise and let us know in advance (and in the end it wasn't a long wait).

My friend and I ended up trying the classics Bun Bo Hue (noodles in soup) and Broken Rice with Grilled Pork Chop, Meat Loaf, Fried Eggs and Shredded Pork. Having had both dishes many times before at other places, we were a little disappointed by our food. The pork chop was a little dry and had a strange flavour to it and the nuoc cham flavours weren't balanced. The meat loaf also wasn't very well done - it was too loose and fell apart too easily. The noodles in the Bun Bo Hue were undercooked and the broth lacked that punch of flavour you come to expect from Bun Bo Hue.

That said, the portions were very generous and the menu was priced very reasonably. Would we return again? Probably not considering the variety of choice available in Footscray for Vietnamese food.

Viet Kitchen's rare beef and Brisket - what a treat!!!

I had just returned to Melbourne after a week long work trip. Cook? No way!! Uber Eats? YES!!!

I chose Viet Kitchen, having never tried it before.

Uber Eats did their job, as they always do and got my order to me with the enthusiasm one has grown accustomed too. I was starving and craving a good Pho.

And here is where things went terribly wrong!

I took out the containers and bags containing my food. As we know when you order Pho you get the broth, the noodles and meat and the condiments separately, all you have to do is combine them and viola...dinner is served.

Viet Kitchen provided me with cold broth and raw beef!! Yes folks...RAW!!! Please see attached photo.

I called them and was told that is how they do takeaway. I have to cook the meat and heat the broth. I asked if they understood the concept of takeaway food and explained that generally people order takeaway to avoid the cooking part. If I wanted ingredients delivered I could have ordered raw food online from Coles!

The gentleman I spoke with was rude and told me to take the issue up with Uber Eats. I told him that Uber Eats have one job, deliver the food, which they did and that I was taking up the quality of what was delivered directly with the organisation responsible for that.

He maintained that I was to reheat the broth and cook the meat...Rather than continue this fruitless argument with him I asked to speak to the chef in order to get instructions on how best to cook my dish but the gentleman refused to do this. I mean, I have no idea how to make Pho, I'm Italian, I will make you a mean traditional Sugo, but Vietnamese is not my bag.

Nor do I know how to cook this raw meat, which was delivered to me unrefrigerated by the way, in a way that is true to the Pho style hence why I ordered takeaway in the first place.

If you've read this far you're probably with me when I say that this was the most unpleasant experience I have encountered ordering takeaway food EVER!! I don't know what Viet Kitchen is like as a place to dine in, but there is absolutely know way I will ever consider doing that.

The food was terrible, the service was worse!

They say getting new customers is far harder than losing them. For every bad review you can lose anything up to 40 new customers!!! Amen!

Viet Kitchen - You're a restaurant! Cook your food! It's the one job you have!

Good service for a busy night. Food was okay. Egg pancake was too floury, spring rolls weren’t hot, signature duck was a bit dry besides the orange sauce.
Prija
Service: Fast friendly good service, however bringing food to the table took some time and all the dishes didn't arrive at the same time.

Atmosphere/Ambience: Casual dining, looked clean but a tight fit when busy.
,
Food: Arrived steaming hot (at least for the laksa), large portions depends on what you order (again the laksa was large but the broken rice was regular).

Value: generally large portions for the prices paid. Overall good value.

Worth trying

Yumyum
Great authentic Vietnamese food at a very reasonable price. Very basic, very friendly, and very yummy!

Having lived in the area for the last 6 years, this is hands down my favourite Vietnamese restaurant. Staff are lovely and food is delicious with plenty of fresh vegetables. Highly recommend.
Taneka
Food is great for the price and service is even better! There's a whole heap of choices you can choose from, the staff are friendly and will help you out with the special dishes if you are ever stuck! Will be back for more when I'm around Footscray
Mo Ho
Great choice of food - from traditional to fussy eaters (such as my daughter). Always full - best to book. You're greated with lovely tea and quick service. Only downside would have to be that it can't cater for more people.
Elaine
Nice place to go! The environment looks very clean and nice. The staff worked there are very nice.
The prawn spring rolls are really really good! You can eat with lettuces and make sure you eat with the special sauce they provided! Can't describe the taste! So good!!!! Definitely will go next time! And if you go there, must try fried Tofu! 😏
Jin Jau Liau
Quick and friendly service. Modern decor. Had the spring roll and grilled pork vermicelli salad. Good portion size for the price paid. The combination of fresh salad, grilled pork and spring roll taste great. Will return to try their other dishes.
Pineapple Apple
One of my favourite Vietnamese restaurants in footscray. Food is always really good with fast service. It looks really clean and tidy, staff are very friendly.

Came here for a quick lunch. The service was fast and food was delicious. One of our go to places for Vietnamese food in footscray! They give you a perfect portion of grilled pork chop, pork patty and shredded pork. You also have the option to have a fried egg. Such a satisfying meal for under $20!
Must Be Hungry
Came down for a quick lunch and ordered their Special Broken Rice, a classic.

The food arrived quite quickly and it was a very decent size. The highlight was that pork, grilled beautifully and had so much flavour into it. The worst part was the 'nuoc cham' (the sauce on the side), which it was nothing like what is supposed to be, it felt like sweet chilli sauce in flavour and consistency.

Overall a good feed with couple of hiccups that can be easily fixed; I left full and I am sure their forte must other dishes on their big menu. Come here and try it out!

Thank you for having us 🙏
Michaela Clayton
We really loved the hot and sour soup, especially the mushrooms in it. The salt and pepper chicken ribs were delicious. Viet kitchen will be the new go to for ribs now that bun ta is closed.
Bon Bon
after reading the reviews from zomato, i happily came into this restaurant with some expectations. however, i was not really blown away with what i ve ordered and served. i ordered a banh xeo, a special beef pho, and also a bun with spring roll & char-grilled pork.
the banh xeo was quite eggy and did not have much mung bean taste in the skin. To me, it doesnt taste as good as Thanh Ha's and Dong Que next door. it is quite average. The pho soup was not bad but the beef ball was sour in taste and actually not fresh at all. The bun was ok but again it was not spectacular. Not something that i will purposely come back for.
i dont think i will be back to this restaurant even if i come to this neighbourhood again.
Kylie Davies
Decided to try Viet Soup Kitchen as they offered vegetarian pho. Apparently it was quite good. Their beef pho was also very reasonable but there are other places in Footscray that do it better.

Vegetarian spring rolls were great too.

Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Bonus for serving very cold water and not just stuff straight out of the tap.

I plan to go back.
Booch23
The food was fresh, full of flavour and delicious and we would not hesitate to recommend anyone to visit to enjoy some traditional Vietnamese cuisine. We are looking forward to our next visit! Great work, team!!
Renata
Service was quite slow. The restaurant had a few tables full and 3 x uber eats orders alongside mine. The staff seemed like they couldn't keep up with the orders. Food was quite nice.
Inostram
We came here after "our regular" has closed... and was nicely surprised... we tried the staple a pho... tasty and good portion... to too it off service with a smile... we will keep returning to try something new!

I got back from Vietnam 6 months ago and have been searching for food that's as good and found it at VSK! Ordered the pork rice paper rolls and bun thit nuong and both were full of flavour and fresh herbs, meat was barbecued perfectly too with hints of charcoal. Ticking all boxes, staff were super friendly and prices are in the pocket. Can't wait to go back and check out their other specialties!
Narelle Johnson
Amazing food. The Service was impeccable and nice touch noting it was my mother's bday in which they gave her a free dessert of banana fritter and ice cream.
MelbourneMiss
Lovely clean premises. Staff are delightful. Food is delicious. Huge menu, something to please everyone. Large range of drinks including 3 varieties of imported Vietnamese beers. Full eftpos facilities and they check the order with you before they ring up the bill. Very impressed, a strong contender for our "go-to" Vietnamese in Footscray.
Jenny Ying
Easily the best broken rice I've had! Oh and their tomato crab noodle soup was amazing too. We were served by a very friendly waiter, will definitely return to try the softshell crab noodle and the egg pancake. Everything there looks super delicious and such good value too!!
Robert J Henderson III
The tastiest bowl of entrails I've eaten in ages.

Their seafood pancakes are decent too, but it's the entrails - and the warm service - that will have you coming back again and again.

My favourite place in Footscray!
Junga An
We had seafood and beef pho.
Very clean and yammiiiii!
All staff are vey friendly and we are very satisfied.
Will definitely come and try other food!

"But there aren't any tables left," said my hungry husband as he looked at the several other restaurants we could walk into that were not packed. He was right. This place was absolutely full when we went for a weeknight dinner. But I convinced him it was probably worth the wait.

As soon as we entered we were greeted with smiles from the wait staff. They were very apologetic that we had to wait for a table and offered to take our orders even before we were seated so it could come out faster. But we didn't have to do that in the end because we were seated just a few minutes later.

We decided to order our favourite dishes:
1) broken rice: 4/5, it was flavoursome and came with Chinese sausages which was a bonus.
2) Banh xeo: 4/5, it was crispy and just the right size. Some places only have filling in the middle and the edges are left bare but this one had pretty nicely distributed filling. The only down side is the sauce which was a bit too sweet for my liking.
3) chef's special fried spring rolls: 5/5, these were really delicious but at $10.80 they were pretty pricey for Spring rolls.

Service was 5/5. I also liked that the tables had sauce and chillies and their own box of tissues. I love places that aren't stingy with their tissues. The decor was also nice and clean.

Would definitely be coming back. I think I might've finally found my Banh xeo restaurant in Footscray.
Andrew Michael
2nd time around and was greeted with the same enthusiasm and smile. Top service and some great dishes. First time round the caramelized ribs were AMAZING but 2nd time was just good/OK. Quail is delicious and a must try! Viet pancake is also highly recommended. Will be back for more!
Lexie
Beautiful, authentic Vietnamese food.
My favourite Viet restaurant in Melbourne, the staff are gorgeous, so friendly and attentive.
The rice paper rolls are so fresh and crisp and its very reasonably priced.
Nina
Wandering down Barkley street looking for somewhere I hadn't tried before, we ended up choosing Viet Soup Kitchen. A modern and clean interior a little similar to Sapa Hills. Instantly we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. Each wait staff were so polite, it was a nice touch- congratulations to the owners for employing great staff. Our meals were tasty and authentic. I chose the special combination broken rice but swapped pork chops for grilled chicken whilst my cousin ordered congee with pork offal! Great little restaurant that I give high praise. Will be back very soon and recommend to others. Special thank you for coming outside with my bag of groceries that I had forgotten under the table!
Medium Rare Steak
Felt deceived ordering the "Salt and pepper chicken RIBS", and receiving chicken WINGS instead. Are they serious??! Do you think customers are stupid? That they don't know the difference and can't distinguish a rib from a wing?? $12 for wings & rice? What a deceitful rip off!! Either take it off your menu or don't write "Ribs".
But seriously, if you ran out of ribs, tell your customers to order something else! Don't run your business like this and think you can fool them.
There are plenty of honest Vietnamese Chinese restaurants in Footscray.
Why would anyone want to dine at a place that looks down on their customers? Unless this is your way of closing down slowly?
Cosy atmosphere. Prices average. Service was with a smile but that's not enough if you're taking shortcuts with food.
Good luck mate!!
José
Very friendly staff that try to go out of their way to please you. My spicy beef soup wasn't really that spicy, my waiter had mentioned that they try to understand "Caucasian tastes" and so I think that played a part. It was great that he asked if I liked blood and all the other good bits that normally go into the soup, I would have hated to miss out on those! Very comfortable restaurant with modern decor.
Linda Nguyen
Very pleased with the presentation, flavours, taste and service! I love that they go the extra mile with the care and effort they put into the ambience. Ill be coming back!!
Melissa Poon
Food was A+. Ordered broken rice, vietnamese pancake, special spring roll and rice paper rolls. Taste of everything was well-balanced. Portions were huge, very happy with the price too. Excellent service, waiter also showed us how to enjoy every dish. 10/10 would visit again.
Hungry Ronin
Simple, small, good value and fine. Honest food and friendly upbeat service. My crispy chicken was well executed and tasty, albeit the tomato rice could be better separated and fluffier. Plenty of competitors around but VSK is able to hold its own. The free tea is also understated. Not just the usual run off the mill, flavoursome.
Nie Noona
Awesome service and food!!! The best I have tried so far in Footscray. The bun rieu is delicious, if you like tomato sour soup base, this is the one ! The spring roll is tasty and it goes really well with the peanut sauce !
FOOD TRIP
Trying out the new places in Footscray and came across this one. Super clean and welcoming atmosphere. Everything bright and shiny (maybe because its new). Food is great and service cannot be faulted (best I've had in Footscray)
Kate Q
Yum yum yum! My new fave in Footscray. Great food and really lovely service.
Sharnamckimmie
LOVE THIS PLACE!! Not only is the food amazing but the service is even better! The staff are so sweet, they overheard that it was my birthday so the lady surprised me with a birthday cake after our meal and sang happy birthday. (She even went out and secretly bought the cake). They also do a vegetarian noodle soup that is 100% vegetable stock.
This is my new favourite place in footscray. I highly recommend checking it out!

Great product. Great value. I will be back
VV
Terrible restaurant, terrible experience. I was there a few days ago with my friends and ordered a bun bo hue, not only did the waiter lied to me saying that my food was on its way but it turned out they didnt have the correct ingredient and 40 minutes later the owner had to come out to tell me that i have to order something else... They should've told me this earlier and i wouldve been happy to choose something else and not have to waste my time picking another dish 40 minutes later. The food itself was quite plain and ordinary and eventhough the dish (recommended by the owner herself and was more expensive than what i originally ordered) came out an hour later, they still charged me for it when it should've been free or equal to the same price as my previous dish. Terrible experience and terrible customer service. Please don't waste your time and money here.

Ps. i dont usually bother with writing reviews but i feel that i should this time to let others know that having good customer service and being honest is important if you want others to eat there.

Speedy friendly service - the 4 of us all enjoyed the food - fresh ingredients and well prepared

Fried Rice Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables. The taste is just right. It was served hot!

Servings are small and food is average. Food is small servings and not worth it

Avoid this place ,they're very low budget on their food quality and the taste is plain .
