F45 is so life changing � especially the forrestfield team!! Losing weight & getting stronger was my biggest target but not only have I lost a fair bit of weight & become stronger, my mental health is so so much better too. The trainers & owners of F45 Forrestfield are the kindest, most caring people you will ever meet. Definitely recommend everyone to give F45 a go, especially at this location. Thank you so much to the trainers & Pam and Ren for being so kind & helpful �

Loved these guys at Forrestfield the owners are really lovely and approachable with so much enery. The trainers are super helpful and knowledgeable ensuring our form is on point. So glad that this place is so great and conveniently located to my house.

I am participating in the 8 week challenge. I have never been much of a fitness person but i am hooked on f45. I have lost over 7kgs, have smiled all the way through and im still going. The trainers genuinly care. You bounce off the Energy of everyone else training. And i am the proof of results. They have helped me quit smoking and learn to love and care for myself again. If you are considering this. Do it, it will be the best thing you have ever done. P.s the meal plan is so delicious too
