Got Food Poisoning, so embarrassing 🙈 my brother and I paid our bill ($400) we both threw up our guts in public and were treated like scum….. no apologies…just rude staff. Follow up call and the boss was deplorable and cocky, gave us a weird name and said it takes 8 hours to see the food poisoning signs (not true)..Can be within 30 mins.! His Excuse was we are busy…… No excuse for serving rotten food. Not hard to make chips in fresh oil…… and not canola oil that is toxic and poisonous.. Definitely not hard to serve fresh, seafood especially on the peninsula when we are blessed with great produce, the Seafood fettuccine luguine was stiff and had a old fishy taste! Beware! Not a nice establishment and the food was old, seafood was off! I asked the staff to take the plates away and after ten minutes no one came but instead ignored us and treated us deplorably. The chef/owner was totally unprofessional! And no apologies for us standing out the front vomiting publically. Just denial of what happened! This man has no conscious, no apologies….we paid our bill and we were treated in a manner I have never experienced after 25 years living and working in the hospitality industry.

Delicious food, nice environment and very relaxing. Was my first time dining here. The only feedback I'd give is service would be exceptional if the waitress provided advice that the waterfront seafood delight had the same calamari as the calamari entree and instead gave another suggestion.

Great location, nice environment and delicious food. The seating area is very nice and having good heater facility for the outdoor helps a lot to enjoy the view and still stay warm. Thanks to Parminder for her friendly service and politeness. Loved our lunch there. However definitely needs more staff as the waiting time for your main meals can be around 40-45 minutes.

Family friendly and clean small café/restaurant just on the ground floor of Southeast Water Building facing the sea/ water. They have indoor and outdoor dinning options. Heating system was perfect - not too hot but enough to make you warm and cozy. Friendly and welcoming staffs. There’s ample pay parking around so, no worries. We cannot fault our breakfast, all were deliciously cooked and put together. We love the chorizo. It’s spicy just right. Serving portions were good - enough to make your belly full and right for its price! We didn’t enjoy our coffee though - the reason why we rate this place 4 stars. It was lacking kick of coffee itself. Other than that, we enjoyed our breakfast. We will definitely come again. We highly recommend this place for everyone.

Food was very average nothing great. Ordered a chocolate milkshake at the end of the meal the shake was not thick tasted like plain milk. Waited almost an hour after ordering for the food to arrive at the table. Will I go back not a chance.

Organised a birthday function for 24 people and was so impressed by the willingness to go above and beyond. Was told that serving 24 meals in unison was not possible well before we arrived which was helpful and understandable. All meals were splendid. Great and pleasant service and very reasonable prices especially for soft drinks. Happy to do cake with no extra charges for plates etc. I was super impressed and will definitely be going back.

We came here on our anniversary. Had the seafood platter for two. And afew entrees. What can i say but absolutely delicious!! Everything on the platter was fresh and of high quality. Will definitely go back at least every fortnight. Have recommended to our friends and family. Thanks again guys! Wonderful experience all round..

Part of a group of cyclists that get a coffee and an egg and bacon roll on a Saturday morning. We have been coming here for about a year, and we really like it. The staff are really friendly, the coffee is good, the egg and bacon rolls are EXCELLENT!! There is plenty of seating inside and out. The staff always bring us water in those long stainless steel jugs and have clean glassware. It is most welcome. I haven't tried other times of the day - but breakfast is quite good!

This is a fantastic place to eat - when here on Saturday night with my wife great food and very good price under $65 So impressed I had a business lunch meeting on Monday 2 lunch meals and 2 coffees under $45 Highly recommend Wayno

Came out for dinner in torrential rain .. the minute we walked in the staff where accommodating. Prompt table service . Entrees of arancini and samosas was excellent couldn’t fault it . Main meal was .. nice pasta and the seafood boat . .. the 2 girls working the floor where very friendly and went out of there way to make sure we had a good dining experience ... would be happy to come back again in better weather .

We enjoyed a lovely lunch here today, we used a Groupon coupon so was great value even though the menu items were priced well..the entree and main courses were delicious, too full to have dessert but they also sounded yummy and reasonable priced ...will try them next time . Only slight annoyance was the waitress didn't know what our coupon could be used for and had to go and find out .... Will certainly return and recommend supporting a local place.

I was in Frankston just for a stroll on the beach and I found this nice little cafe that served good coffee and a splendid burger. Staff were lovely and efficient with my order eventhough the cafe was fairly busy that day. I highly recommend the cafe to anyone strolling down the beach in that area or just looking to grab a bite. Amazing location too.

Great service and excellent quality food. Happy to oblige with a lower carb request of no potatoes and extra greens. Nice size meals and value for money. Very pleasant staff.

Went 2 weeks ago and a little disorganized but returned today and was pleasantly surprised, the staff were so friendly & helpful. We had groupon voucher for entree main & glass of wine each. I had the calamari to start which was great then lamb shanks for main and I have to say it was some of the most flavorsome I have ever tasted. Could not fault anything, great to have such a pleasant place in Frankston.

Came in for breakfast the other day and had the waterfront breakfast! Staff were very accomodating and helpful, great coffee, great food and service! Will be coming in again again soon for sure�

The staff are friendly the place is clean & the food has all ways been great have taken a lot of friends there and they all love it and have been back

The food is the best you could get. Awesome addition Frankston. Pleasantly surprised. Been here 3 times already in 3weeks

I had the fish & chips fish was deep fried very oily , chips had a lot of salt & salad wasnt that great lack of detail in presentation. Dressing was only in one section of the salad. Customer service was ok but everybody working there seems to be confused and dont really know whats going on. Where I was given a table there was food on the floor pieces of meat. So overall quite disappointed

This place is seriously fantastic! Food is quality and the crew provide such lovely service. We work close by and absolutely love these guys. Special mention goes to Fabrese who is always smiling and makes the best iced coffee you've ever had! Never a dull moment these guys deserve a visit :)

A very pleasant place for dinner . My steak was cooked to perfection . The staff were very friendly . The restaurant is in a lovely position .

My partner and I dine out a lot. We have eaten some average food, many delicious food, but very rarely do we eat exquisite food. Today was one of those meals. We found this little restaurant by accident. Let me tell u.... it was No accident.? We were meant to discover this place. I personally ate the Mauritian seafood curry, and my partner ate the paella. No comment... they were both TO DIE FOR!!!!!

The customer service needs to improve, also the manager/ the lady in charge on the 31st March needs to change her attitude and put a smile on her dial. Poor service as everyone was served meals except a Caesar salad that was ordered with chicken and came out when everyone was almost finished and of course with No chicken, then had to wait another 10 mins for small piece of shredded chicken. A group of us were coming here regularly for breakfast but we will be changing venues. Owners need to look at staff and who you have in charge or your going to loose a lot of business. Disappointed customer.

Has potential to be very good. However needs a sharp improvement in staff capabilities. Also it was very cold inside the night we dined there. Will visit again but sincerely hope the staff have been given some better training. The food was pretty good and well priced.

Great coffee! There were a few teething problems at first but all good now they have found their feet, yummy breakfast too!

We had a lovely 2 course meal there, service was good as well, my wife didn't really like the Mushroom sauce on her steak, a lot of garlic flavour in it but won't put me going back�

Used a Groupon for lunch. Service was friendly and meals were delivered fairly quickly. For a standard fish n chips it was lite on the chips. But had plenty of salad. The fish was delicious, the batter wasn't heavy or gluggy so really enjoyed that. When we were leaving staff weren't sure if we had if we had paid or already scanned voucher which we did on arrival

We went here mid week on a beautiful night and had a wonderful dinner. Six people had five different dishes that were all great. Service was good and prices were what you would expect. Wine list was wide enough to satisfy most tastes. Would recommend. Need to support our local restaurants �

Total shambles! The waiting staff had absolutely no idea what they were doing and seemed very confused. Wasn't offered a menu, had to go to the counter to place our breakfast order. Watched 4 tables leave the venue as they had waited over an hour and meals never arrived. Only one of our orders arrived and it was wrong. Had to ask the waitress for our other meal. Which was missing part of it. Coffee was so burnt. Staff were apologetic but it was very clear they were unable to handle simple cafe tasks. Very poor impression. Hopefully this is not what it's normally like

Has breakfast on Monday. Fantastic service and fantastic food. Keep up the good work

Visited with party of four. Waited for hour and a half and one meal arrived. Had to ask for cutlery to eat with. The meal was eaten and still we waited for the other 3 meals. When the waitress returned we asked where the other meals were and told her that two other parties that arrived after us had been served, eaten and left. The waitress disappeared and returned with menus asking us what it was that we had ordered. Now two hours waiting and expected to order again. We walked out and breakfasted elsewhere. The worst service any of us have ever experienced.

My partner and I went for breakfast we had a voucher and we wanted to support local businesses. I think they need to improve a lot before we go back. The food was quite boring. Nothing great. Very disappointed �� wasted money on a voucher to try this new place was not worth it. Real shame!

I had the roasted chicken breast....delicious! The food, setting and particularly the service was excellent.

Wonderful staff, great coffee & breakfast items! The porridge was delicious. I've been twice now and all staff have been incredibly lovely, helpful and warm. Please though, put an OPEN sign on the door because without it, you look closed. The windows are quite dark/reflective, so it isn't immediately apparent that you are open. Also, a sandwich board near your front door will prompt people that you're open and serving! Well done!

Went for breakfast the smorning and was meals were great had 6 of us at the table and all the eggs were runny like we wanted.. all taste great.. One thing is your hot chocolates and coffees were a lil too so turn the temp up for us please!!!!

3 ⭐️ is a very adequate rating for this place.<br/>The food is ok, wouldn’t complain but wouldn’t write home about it either, the staff are pleasant, a little pushy to be honest.<br/>My main gripe about this place is that they start to pack up around you before you’ve finished eating your main or ordered coffee/dessert, the most annoying thing about this was the fact that it was a beautiful temperature inside the restaurant and shocking outside, the staff decided that it would be great idea to pack away the furniture outside and bring it inside, leaving a door open whilst doing this, thus, the temperature in the restaurant dropped about 15C within about 2mins, this wasn’t ideal or very clever.<br/>I’ll go back, but only during summer.

Have been here three times in the last year for the full breakfast and have been very happy with the service , food and coffee. It is not cheap- and that’s because they are paying for competent staff and using quality ingredients. I also enjoyed the ambiance on the outside tables ( weather permitted).

I have just had lunch at this restaurant. The service is quite nice. The place is clean and modern. The food though, which by the way took a really long time to arrive, is not so special. The oysters were semi-fresh, the chips were definitely frozen and so was most of the fish and seafood. I was expecting better quality for the price. after this, I will think about going back and so will my wife. What a pity!

Not bad but not that good either. The food, which is average or slightly above, takes for ever and a day to arrive in a half full restaurant. Some of the fish is fresh, some is a little old. The service is pleasant and prompt. I could define this place as a less noisy equivalent of Tommy Rough. I do not know if I will be back.

Always very pleasant staff, the fish melts in your mouth, very happy with the house made dips, Tastes fresh and friendly service. Have gone back multiple times and will continue to in the future.

Frankston Waterfront has a very good vibe. It has great décor and a nice clean feel. The location is great overlooking the river. Both the food and service is good. Cant wait to come back!

Just had dinner tonight at frankston waterfront restaurant, I would say one of the best tender calamari I have ever had in Melbourne. Seafood boat what you can always think if when you are dining in place with beautiful beach view. Must visit place

Lovely family run restaurant- great quality food, beautifully presented.Staff also very friendly and accommodating. Great setting looking out to sea.

Went for lunch today, i had fish, chips & salad and my daughter had the buttermilk chicken breast (with a special spice blend) & coleslaw burger with chips. Both were YUMMY, very filling. Nice views & very clean restuarant. Both the watresses were very welcoming and attentive. Definitely recommend, it was pretty busy. We will be return. :)

Did not even know this place was there and I lived in the area for ages... but service and vibe were good and food was ok, some people were pretty happy while I was left feeling like I got food at the local fish and chip shop for my food, overall pretty standard/average, not bad but not great

Perfect spot by the little creek with great coffees and delicious variety of food too.  The service was excellent and the girls were very friendly.
