This is a fantastic place to eat - when here on Saturday night with my wife great food and very good price under $65
So impressed I had a business lunch meeting on Monday

Came out for dinner in torrential rain .. the minute we walked in the staff where accommodating. Prompt table service . Entrees of arancini and samosas was excellent couldn’t fault it . Main meal was .. nice pasta and the seafood boat . .. the 2 girls working the floor where very friendly and went out of there way to make sure we had a good dining experience ... would be happy to come back again in better weather .

The food is ok, wouldn’t complain but wouldn’t write home about it either, the staff are pleasant, a little pushy to be honest.
My main gripe about this place is that they start to pack up around you before you’ve finished eating your main or ordered coffee/dessert, the most annoying thing about this was the fact that it was a beautiful temperature inside the restaurant and shocking outside, the staff decided that it would be great idea to pack away the furniture outside and bring it inside, leaving a door open whilst doing this, thus, the temperature in the restaurant dropped about 15C within about 2mins, this wasn’t ideal or very clever.
I’ll go back, but only during summer.
Have been here three times in the last year for the full breakfast and have been very happy with the service , food and coffee. It is not cheap- and that’s because they are paying for competent staff and using quality ingredients. I also enjoyed the ambiance on the outside tables ( weather permitted).
Always very pleasant staff, the fish melts in your mouth, very happy with the house made dips, Tastes fresh and friendly service. Have gone back multiple times and will continue to in the future.
Frankston Waterfront has a very good vibe. It has great décor and a nice clean feel. The location is great overlooking the river. Both the food and service is good. Cant wait to come back!
Just had dinner tonight at frankston waterfront restaurant, I would say one of the best tender calamari I have ever had in Melbourne. Seafood boat what you can always think if when you are dining in place with beautiful beach view. Must visit place

Went for lunch today, i had fish, chips & salad and my daughter had the buttermilk chicken breast (with a special spice blend) & coleslaw burger with chips. Both were YUMMY, very filling. Nice views & very clean restuarant. Both the watresses were very welcoming and attentive. Definitely recommend, it was pretty busy. We will be return. :)
Perfect spot by the little creek with great coffees and delicious variety of food too. The service was excellent and the girls were very friendly.

The only feedback I'd give is service would be exceptional if the waitress provided advice that the waterfront seafood delight had the same calamari as the calamari entree and instead gave another suggestion.
Great location, nice environment and delicious food. The seating area is very nice and having good heater facility for the outdoor helps a lot to enjoy the view and still stay warm.

Loved our lunch there. However definitely needs more staff as the waiting time for your main meals can be around 40-45 minutes.
Family friendly and clean small café/restaurant just on the ground floor of Southeast Water Building facing the sea/ water. They have indoor and outdoor dinning options. Heating system was perfect - not too hot but enough to make you warm and cozy. Friendly and welcoming staffs. There’s ample pay parking around so, no worries. We cannot fault our breakfast, all were deliciously cooked and put together. We love the chorizo. It’s spicy just right. Serving portions were good - enough to make your belly full and right for its price! We didn’t enjoy our coffee though - the reason why we rate this place 4 stars. It was lacking kick of coffee itself. Other than that, we enjoyed our breakfast. We will definitely come again. We highly recommend this place for everyone.
Organised a birthday function for 24 people and was so impressed by the willingness to go above and beyond. Was told that serving 24 meals in unison was not possible well before we arrived which was helpful and understandable. All meals were splendid. Great and pleasant service and very reasonable prices especially for soft drinks. Happy to do cake with no extra charges for plates etc. I was super impressed and will definitely be going back.

What can i say but absolutely delicious!!
Everything on the platter was fresh and of high quality. Will definitely go back at least every fortnight. Have recommended to our friends and family. Thanks again guys!

Part of a group of cyclists that get a coffee and an egg and bacon roll on a Saturday morning.
We have been coming here for about a year, and we really like it.
The staff are really friendly, the coffee is good, the egg and bacon rolls are EXCELLENT!! There is plenty of seating inside and out.
The staff always bring us water in those long stainless steel jugs and have clean glassware. It is most welcome.
I haven't tried other times of the day - but breakfast is quite good!
