In case you’re wondering… Yes. It is possible for a pizza base to be too thin.
The “Simplice” (margharita) we had tonight was delicious but unfortunately the base was pulled way too thin and the dough wasn’t able to hold the weight of the cheese and sauce on top. Couldn’t lift piece without it fall
A bit disappointing, we ordered through Uber eats and saw the photos and descriptions. The Antica did not have any bbq sauce and little toppings compared to its photo and description (would have understood if ingredients weren’t available but it wasn’t changed on Uber eats) but the rustica was amazi

What a groovy resto, feels authentically italian, delicious wood fired pizza and super friendly staff, with pizza specials on tonight. Love it, and will be back to check it out soon.
Every time I have eaten here I have been DISSAPOINTED. Unprofessionalism, mistakes in orders, but this time was the last straw when I ordered a pizza that had NO SAUCE on it, was extremely dry and burnt all around.
