Fluffy Lamb

This place is unique with the charcoal bone marrow rice. Cooked on the fire makes it smokey yet crispy on the sides. Love the flavour with the right amount of chilli. Generous serve of lamb. Extra satay sauce and sambal chilli when you dine there. Downsides- limited seating (although expected for the market) and lengthy wait as it is a small stall and gets quite busy. Will be back soon!

Fantastic food Tony is a master chef. I really love little places like this in Fremantle where the cooks go the extra mile to make customers feel comfortable.

Located in fremantle market. All food there are great and in quite big portion. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Really want to come back there again soon. Very Recommended!

We can see how passionate Mr Fluffy Lamb about what he does: from the way he explains abut his food; the way he prepares ingredients and the way he cooks. You just have to walk pass his shop to hear him say: “good morning”, with a smile. We’ve heard nothing but positives about Fluffy Lamb’s food, hence decided to give it a go this morning. Almost ordered Chicken Satay but in the end went with this week’s special “Wagyu Bakar” (Grade 6-9) with Sambal Manado plus Nasi Bakar. Watching him making our order from start to finish, he did every single process meticulously. End result? WOW.. Wagyu meat was well marinated and tender, went really well with Sambal Manado. Nasi Bakar was cooked with Bone Marrow to make it sticky, was really flavoursome and quite addictive. Better come early (10am) or late (3pm) to avoid lunch rush hour. Thank you for your hospitality and superb food Fluffy Lamb. Without hesitation, we will come back :)

Had the most delicious meal at Fluffy Lamb! 😍😍 new favourite market stall I shall be visiting every time I come here.
These guys have only been open 5 weeks and business is booming. thanks for the service and being totally cool friendly people .
They make their own sambal, and by golly its unique! Haven't had real sambal like that in a while. This is something so worthy of coming to every market weekend.

UPDATE:
Best and most fabulous place to have a meal! I would most certainly come here again. However I'd like to have a little bit more meat to my meal especially with the price that's provided. Although they allow unlimited peanut sauce which I absolutely love and their meat is cooked in a beautiful way maybe 1 and 1/2 meat would be perfect to indulge.
This is a perfect meal to have especially when it's a cold windy day or would even be perfect when it's summer, but I have yet to try that again in summer. For now I'll just come as much as I can. Would be fabulous if the stall could be bigger, although I do understand it is only very new I think this business will boom fast and have a great reputation
